Hi, I have never used Deezer Prime and my credit card has been charged twice and I want to stop this and check from the email if someone really has my card information and if they are using it to pay via Deezer or if there is a problem with my card.

Just about everyone here on the community forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account, or the ability to process refunds or similar transactions.

If you pay for Deezer as part of a plan with your mobile operator or another third-party payment service like Google Play, please contact them to clarify your subscription cancellation.

You should also contact Deezer Customer Service for help with payment cancellations, refunds, and account type changes.
