- I’m assuming the shared link isn’t over 30 days old, in which case it will have expired.
- You said you’ve tried, but I would suggest the admin (you) re-try sending the link a different way. Send it to the family member via your desktop/laptop and have them try to join from their desktop/laptop. Try it via e-mail if you sent it before by text (or vice-versa).
- Double check to ensure the link is accurate and hasn’t been clipped. This is important.
- Are you set on having independent accounts or might a profile account meet your needs? The admin can set that up immediately from their profile.
