Good day, 

 

My husband and I have seperate profiles on one family account. Every time I log onto my deezer, the music playing is my husband's playlisr and vice versa. Why would this be happening?

I have to search for my own playlists every time. 

I also have a family account, I don’t have the same issue.

Are you using Deezer with iOS, Android or something else? And if you are able to use it on different platforms, is this happening everywhere?


Please contact Deezer support via the "Help" section for assistance with the profile issue on your family account. They can resolve the playlist synchronization problem.

Are u Sure you are not connected to the same account ? Each user should use his own email address which is part of the family plan (Unless you are using the old way profiling which not allowing different email address )

I can see that all the sub profiles in your Family account are not linked to any email address, so you need to be sure to select the correct one once everybody logs in into the Family accoun.

I have unlinked all your devices from your Deezer Family account, so everybody can log in now and go to their own profile
