I have this playlist from a long time and suddenly songs greyed out or blacked out!
can you explain the problem?

They greyed because for some reason is removed from Deezer .
here is link about this
The folder for the album was deleted but now it’s available and when I enter the album it says no internet connection.
what does that mean?

try Reset your WiFi
Signs that your mobile is not connected to the internet include:
- The Deezer app displays the "You're not connected to the internet" notification and/or a banner message reading "Deezer is offline"
- Nothing happens when you tap the Play button
- Tracks are greyed out
Before you do anything else, try resetting your mobile's WiFi:
- Turn off the app
- Turn off your WiFi
- Wait for about two minutes
- Restart your phone
- Enable WiFi
- Open the app
It didn’t work.
this is so disappointing for me.
Anyways thanks for the suggestions.
Maybe I”ll cancel my subscription.
I have the same issue. Nothing worked. And Deezer team failed to help. Very disappointing, I will be cancelling my subscription and switching to another app.
