It started only recently. But when i want to choose specific song sometimes it happens, that completely random song starts to play, insted of the one that i picked. And after i press on the song that i wanted to play again it's okay.

Hello @Bogdan Chadkin it sounds like you are simply logged into the wrong Deezer account - a Deezer Free account. Please log out and then log in with your Deezer PREMIUM email address and password.

Then you can play the songs you want to play

Please let us know if you need any further help.

@julio_rosu I have just been informed that the problem should be fixed by the end of next week
I know it is not ideal, but still good news as our developers managed to find the root of the problem and work on a fix.
Apologies for all the inconvenience in these past days

I see these posts are a couple of years old. Still, I now have the same problem in my car with Android Automotive. I ask Google for a specific song. I can see on the screen that Google understood iømy command correctly. Still, Deezer plays a completely random song. Yes, i am a premium user logged into the correct account.

I don’t use Google for playing or searching for songs, but I’ll try the next couple of days, I wonder what I will see (or hear).

Hi @Thomas Willum Hansen 👋

Have you tried to delete the app and re install it again?

As we were having some issues these days between Deezer and Google

Also, I would suggest you to increase the smart cache tab to the max in your Deezer app settings.

I hope that helps! 😁

OK, the problem is still very much at large. Any news?

I do not think you can change the smart cache size on the Android Automotive version of Deezer.

Cheers.

Thomas
