I've been with Deezer since the start, because there was a plug-in in my squeezebox, that's 17 years. I've always been the only one of my friend groups to not be on the big one. Nothing new there. Is was annoying when they sent links and playlists. The playlist imports utilities used to work but no longer. Then the execlusive podcasts started, I've missed those. Now 15 hours of audio books is included in membership. I've seen people complain 15 hours is not enough but for me that would be perfect. Are there any plans afoot to match these deals and give a customer of 17 years a reason to not move next month?
I changed mij subscription from premium to duo and ahd to pay directly. What happens to my monthly direct debit payment? Does it change automaticly?
Why is my favorites list not working?
Hi there, I’m pretty sure I saw the monthly price for the premium plan here in Canada, but it seems to have disappeared for some reason. I can still see it listed under my subscription plan, though. Has it been removed? Is the monthly price for the premium plan still available? I’m a bit confused. Thank you for clarifying this for me!
Hi, deleting an account requires a password and logging in via google circumvented creating a password. I misunderstood the quality of this site and need the account removed.
Currently, if you make a playlist collaborative it is necessarily public. This appears to make it so that *anyone* can add tracks if they chose to. I would prefer to be able to make a playlist collaborative, but only editable by people who I share it with directly (and preferably only visible to them as well). I consider this not only a usability issue, but also a trust & safety issue, since someone could be targeted for harassment by having their collaborative playlists spammed.
Could a mod please delete my deezercommunity.com profile/account. Very strange to not let users change their username, and even stranger not being able to delete my own account… Thank you.
We have a family subscription ( me, my wife and our daughter). Since Deezer isn’t integrated in Roon, I want to make the switch to Qobuz and change our subscription to Deezer Premium. Is it possible that me and my daughter leave Deezer, and only my Wife change the subscription to Deezer premium, and keep all her favorites…? I am the admin so I have to cancel the subscription… and lose everything…I think
Hi I have subcsribed to deezer family. Does this allow me to listen on 2 devices at the same time? I thought this was allowed with deezer family but it is not letting me. Thank you

I am liking songs to add to my favorites and it tells me my playlist is full. I don't understand what that means. Does anyone else know?
There used to be a feature on the home page where it shows about 12 songs you can play then it would play similar songs after, where did it go???? I loved it

We used to have the option to listen to favourites from either end of the playlist through the sort button. But now you can only listen fron one end as the sort section doesn't have as many optio s as it used to? I want to listen from either end so this is very frustrating!!!!

I follow about 155 artists, each of them releasing a new track in the near future. But I only get notifications of new music from artists who have a big audience. For artists with 1 or 5 followers, I have to check each artist individually to find out if they have released a new track, and this annoys me. Is there a solution or a different method? Why did Deezer withdrew money for a year subscription without my consent? I have been paying for a monthly subscription and now suddenly Deezer withdrew a year amount. How to get my money back and cancel it?
