Hello,

I try to renew my subscription and the answer is from deezer there is no new registration.

They dont accept my payment.

Do you have such experience?

To fix Deezer payment issues try :

Check your payment method:
Ensure the card has not expired and is valid for at least three more months. 
Verify the card's country matches your Deezer subscription country. 
Check that you have entered the correct CVV/CVC security code. 
Make sure your card can handle online and recurring transactions, and has sufficient funds. 

Clear your cache and try again:
Log out and back into your Deezer account. 
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try updating your details from a computer. 

Contact your bank:
Call your bank to see if they are blocking the transaction. They may need to authorize it . 


If the issue persists :
Contact Deezer support: If the payment still won't go through, reach out to Deezer support for personalized help. 

Contact your third party: If you subscribe through Apple or a mobile provider, update your payment details directly with them.
