Hi all, slightly new Deezer user here. Using primarily on iOS and sometimes desktop. I’m wondering if there’s a way to view the songs that I’ve added to favorites by an artist. Coming from Spotify, there’s a section on an artist’s page where you can find songs by them that you’ve previously saved. This makes it easy to listen to just your favorite songs by an artist, rather than shuffling their discography or choosing a specific album. I haven’t been able to find an equivalent feature/menu on Deezer. Am I missing something?
This is more of a complaint towards Deezer themselves if they ever read this. “My top month” is what I listen to the most as it was the one feature where there wasn’t any extra music added in that I have no interest in. I was disgusted to discover that now when I want to listen to My Top month every 2nd song or so is now completely random and I still get bombarded with adverts. So at best the time I have to listen to music I want to listen to has been cut down drastically. This has really annoyed me. Could be time to change to another provider after a decade of listening to Deezer. Am I the only one that thinks this?ThanksFraser

Can we use a "Passkey" to securely sign into Deezer.com on lPC/laptop (yet)?Just curious. It’s a becoming a wee bit tedious clicking on photos of fire hydrants or motorcycles frequently when I sign in into Dezzer.com on my laptop. Glad for the security though. Any ideas or news?
Lyrics button from all the songs disappeared and lyrics button was so helpful for me to sing and understand the song but now it's looking even boring too so please helpppp

Good day. I’m as a main in family account create for all members “independent” accounts with their log and pass . One of the parts of family account logged out by (don’t know why) and after entering with the same email it is empty favourites, and show that it is on the free account.would you so kind to write for my email, cause I don’t want to show my email for common.

Why is it that when I go to maybe an email or I go to another web page off my diesel music app it goes back to the top of the playlist instead of staying where it was don't you have the technology to do that? $11.99 a month really? MUVE Music used to....js smh
HiI have been using the Deezer app for about a year now and around two weeks ago the app suddenly logged me out. I relogged but 5 minutes after it did it again. This has been happening for two weeks now and i cant find a soulotion. Can anyone please help me? Thanks

Hi guys!, basically I lost my old plan I've used for like 10 years, because my payment declined, according to support can't get it back which is a shame I want to support this project however I don't see major changes on app or features to justify the increase (doubled price), I'd like to try new options, and I want to export all my playlists and favorites, but since I live in a country where free version is not available, cannot access my account at all unless I pay, which I don't want to, just to access my information, is there a way to accomplish this?Regards,
Hi,I have a problem with my month in music. I am not receiving the email with the monthly recap, even though my Listening habits are activated in the notification section of settings. I already checked in the spam section of my email, but I cannot find anything. I've noticed that the Deezer Mac application doesn't send a song image to the native macOS player.All the other applications do it, and I think it's pretty cool to see what I'm listening to in the control center. Instead, I just have the Deezer logo. I like it, but I would prefer to see my music !I’m not sure, but I think that it is the same in the Windows app.Also, if I use Deezer with my browser I have the song image Deezer, can you fix this please ! It’s a small detail, but I would love to see it !! You're just a few details and bugs away from Spotify ! Good luck and continue this way ! 💜

When adding MP3s to Deezer, there is no way at all of seeing progress of the uploads or even if the upload is working. Refreshing to see the completed uploads seems to stop all uploads that were still in progress. It seems like this should be simple since every website on earth has a progress bar when you’re uploading something to it. And customers have been asking for this feature for over six years… Please add a progress bar or any indication at all that the files are being worked on.
The platform is not working in Oman now. I want to know the details in order to use it!!
