unwanted downloads

Hi I have noticed some music downloads on my account that I haven't downloaded 

They are not English tracks, the title are not written in English or the songs not sung in English 

How do I remove them from my account

If you notice music in your Deezer downloads that you did not add, it is likely due to an account security issue, a synchronization bug, or smart features automatically adding content. 

To further secure your account and clean up your library, follow these steps:

 

Remove Unwanted Content: 
Manually delete the tracks or playlists you did not download by selecting the track in your favorites or playlists and using the delete or three-dot menu option.

 

Clear App Cache:
 If the music persists or appears to be a display bug, go to your device settings (typically Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage & Cache) and Clear Cache. This can resolve visual glitches where old or phantom files appear in your library.

 

Check Account Access:
 Review your connected devices in your account settings. If you see unrecognized devices, remove them immediately and then change your Deezer password and contact Deezer support to request that they log your account out of all devices. This ensures that any unauthorized user currently accessing your account is kicked out, as standard logouts may not always be effective. 
If you suspect your account was compromised, also check any linked third-party accounts (like Google or Facebook) used to log in to Deezer, as these could be the entry point for unauthorized access.

Update and Reinstall:
 Ensure your Deezer app is updated to the latest version. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the application to clear any potential software conflicts.
