Is there a way to use Tunemymusic to access and export from family plans “sub accounts” playlists?

Hi,

When using TuneMyMusic to export playlists, I can only find and select the main account’s playlists. The “sub” accounts of my family account are nowhere to be found.

Any clue?

Copying playlists across accounts when having hundreds of playlists is really not easy because of the amount, and the re-syncing needed regularly.

Thank you for your help.

I think you could try exporting on Tunemymusic from account A as a CSV file and then log in with account B and import the CSV file.

Greetings and good luck

Thank you @CharlyMX

My family account only has a single login and each family member sub accounts use the same login credentials.

I just discovered that I can have independent user accounts for my family members. Did not know this was possible (or it was offered after I created my account many years ago). Thanks for the hint!

Will now try and convert the accounts, hoping this is possible.

Yeah, that’s a common issue with some tools. I had the same problem with family accounts. I switched to muzconvtool and it detected playlists from sub-accounts too — much smoother experience, especially when syncing large libraries. Worth a try!
