I recently moved to the united kingdom from American and bought Deezer premium, my card was charged but my account still reads Deezer free and will not let me access my downloads. I have verified I have payed for it and i am using the correct account, I've logged out and back in and it's still not working. Can I get my premium or atleast a refund?

Hi. I have a Deezer family account. My son is on my account and has selected to download songs to listen to while offline (not on Wi-Fi and he doesn't have data on his phone). Whenever he trys to use the Deezer app offline, he gets "A network error occurred while checking the subscription. The application will close." Why is this happening? It sort of defeats the purpose of listening to his downloaded songs while offline if he can't use the Deezer app. Could you tell me why this is happening? Thank you in advance.
I subscribed to the legacy Family plan (which allows 5 profiles) some time ago. I want to migrate to the new Family plan (which allows multiple accounts) with Hi-def. I have 2 questions about this. 1. How to migrate? On the Android app, if I go to "Change Plan" it's only showing me "Deezer Premium". I'm assuming it's because I'm kinda already using the family plan albeit the old one. How do I change my subscription to the new Family plan? 2. What happens to the profiles? There are several profiles already there in my legacy Family plan account. If I migrate to the new plan, what happens to them? Can they be migrated over to individual accounts?
I can't listen my songs anymore. When I enter Deezer, it exits and goes to a login page. Sometimes the login fails, and after a lot of effort I manage to get into my account. And after a while, deezer crashes and goes back to the login screen. Help (sorry for my bad english)
For some reasons deezer just stopped working and is no longer available in Algeria, I tried using VPN but it doesn’t work, any fixes?

My registered account email-********@gmail.com has been active on family subscription for some time. *********@gmail.com is rarely used these days so decided to change details, its a concern to be informed of an active account already linked. ********@gmail.com does seem to be active, Unsure how it's happened but would prefer correct details on active subscription. Hi there. My app disappeared so I reloaded it. My deezer was paid on the required date but now when I go onto my deezer all my 884 songs are gone. No play lists no favorite tracks nothing zero. I have logged out logged in but nothing is bringing back my music. How do I rectify this please?

What will happen after this date? Will the premium continue? Also, as a student, I would like a student subscription to appear in Ukraine. Thank you for everything you do.
Hello, While I appreciate the recent addition to Flow allowing user to select the mood, that would be also great if you kept “Classic Flow” option let’s say in the center of the Flow circle. I really enjoy the way the Flow mode works out of the box, and don’t really care about moods, but this new wheel is enforcing me to choose something specific. Moreover, every time I press “back” in order to avoid picking a specific mood, Flow keeps showing me that circle again and again which is pretty annoying. I just want to press “Flow” and enjoy the music I used to do, with no additional questions asked.

Hi!! I would love to get some statistics for my account, like the amount of times I listened to a certain song. A wrapped, but that you can look up that information whenever you want and about any song. This is actually something I really want to know more about, and I've already downloaded a couple of apps for this but they all didn't work. So, Deezer, please add this feature!!

Hi there, my children messed around with my account a while back. Thye are asking me to update payment details due to credit card expiring, but i am not able to change it. Not sure what my children did to the account, thye must uave changed some settings as i cant get into my original playlist as well. Please help!! Stephanie

Hello. Please, could you make Kazakhstan price like in Russia. Russia and Kazakhstan are ex-USSR countries. And people in these two countries have same yearly income. But for some reason Deezer in Kazakhstan have price in dollars. And this makes it too pricey. I know many people who want to start using Deezer. But because of the price, which is not appropriate to Kazakhstan salaries, they pirate music. If price will be like in Russia, they'll start using Dezzer immediately.

Hi I 5 weeks ago change country from Ireland to Poland where deezer is cheaper. I've contacted with service and they sugested me stopped subscription and restart with new details. I changed country locator today log in to deezer, chose deezer hi-fi price was 20pln accepted payment but system charged me for 11 euro.
