The app just brought me a Icon for 3 months free start now after that 13..€ 

i bought a subscription

im charged and i cant even use the premium feature in the app

it shows me the same icon after 6-7 hours 

i even tried to reinstall the app and connect with the same apple id but no success

helping center doesn't work properly either as it doesn't match with my problem and by clicking the contact the support team it says im not authorised for it
