OK, very simple question, just wanted to know how to access “Top Tracks” on Deezer desktop or web player. I have attached screenshots of the discrepancy. The first screenshot is from my Android mobile app version, if you scroll down your Playlists tab, at the very bottom are these four Deezer generated playlists. They are treated as separate entities with their own rules. This is where the problems have arisen for me.

I have colour coordinated them to show how they transfer because “My Listening History” is a different title to “Just Heard” but it’s the same list of tracks, its the same data. “Favourite Tracks / My Favourites / Loved Tracks” again different names but they are all the same list, basically any song you have pressed the red heart symbol on. The “My MP3s” one is obvious as it has the same name. And you can also add it to a playlist directly or queue them all up and add to a playlist indirectly. Same goes for Favourite Tracks. On Web Browser & Desktop you can access “Listening History” and “My MP3s” as subheadings under your ‘Favourites’ tab. No problem for any of those.

But you can’t do anything with “Top Tracks” (underlined in red, lol) - it’s an exception and it’s the one I want to listen to/access most. Is there seriously no ability to either save those tracks to a new playlist of their own directly, or add them all to the queue at once (so you can then save them to a playlist indirectly) AND no ability to even access Top Tracks on desktops or web browsers? Really?

Hello @seanwafer

Good eye! 🔍

I was playing around with the Deezer app for Android and for iOS and I can see the ‘Top Tracks’ section that you are mentioning; I have to say that its one of my favourite sections as well.

Unfortunately, I think that it’s only available for the mobile Deezer app, I am afraid; so it could be worth to suggest to the Deezer developers to add that section to the desktop app and the web browser, or at least to be able to transfer the songs to the queue or to any playlist. This is the link where you can share all your ideas on our community https://en.deezercommunity.com/ideas

However, you can find the ‘Listening History’ section in the desktop and the web browser, which can help you to identify and play the tracks that you have been listening the most recently; a kind of ‘Top Tracks’ in a way.

Thanks :)

Thank you, yes I have used that workaround in the past, there are always workarounds it just involves logging into the Sonos app, the Deezer mobile app and the Deezer desktop app… but thanks for your reply.

I think I will just repost this in  the section you advised and maybe rejig it abit. I thought I would avoid being incorrectly told this question has been asked before so I stuffed it full of all the info I had ha
