Dear Customer Service

𝕀 pay for using Deezer with several Persons of my family but when we use it with a second person, we got notification that there are to many in use.

I looked at the devices that use my Deezer but 𝕀 see only 2 (and using 2 doesn’t even work..)

can you help me out because 𝕀 pay a long time for several users without the function in reality

Hello @Ann Gruwé I have checked in our system and I could see that you have been with us for many years, so first of all, thank you for supporting us for such a long time.
The info on the system shown that you have a Premium account, which allows you to connect up to 3 devices, but not listen at the same time on them, that’s why you get the error message.
If you think there is a mistake or you have another account with a family subscription, I recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team and provide all the necessary information so one of our agents can help to fix the problem.
