My deezer account suddenly became deezer free and lost all of my downloaded music

I was used to be a premium account over a year, also paid the fee 28th of last month. However when I opened deezer app this week I found my account became deezer free and lost all downloaded music and most of my favorite artists. I re-signed in as a premium account now  but didn't get back them. Could you please recover my downloaded music and the list of my favorite songs and artists?

If you paid the subscription on the 28th September, it might be worth checking out this page to see if that helps at all, especially making sure you sign in with the correct email address. If that’s no help, then Deezer Support would be able to get everything back for you. Hope you get sorted.
