deezer hifi and airplay?

Hello, if I use my iPhone to play music from Deezer app and a hifi subscription, and redirect the music (normally FAC format)  via airplay to my audio system (old system, with an airplay receiver), is the sound will be degradated ? Or is it a valid option ? Is Deezer  hifi (launched on my iPhone) is compatible with airplay ?   i really try to find a wireless solution with good quality, and by using my existing audio system…   thank you for your help

Problem with instagram/snapchat story

When I play music on iphone 11 pro max on my bluetooth device and I want to record story on ig or snapchat, music stop for few seconds ( about 4-5 seconds) and then it play. What is reason? I try it on iphone x and there not have problem but on iphone 11 I have that problem. When i use other services ( tidal, spotify) it work without stoping music.

Deezer familly - how can I switch back to my main account?

Hello,On the Android app, I used to be able to switch to my kids' account to play different content - stories, kids' music, etc - (from Settings > Members) then switch back to mine to listen to my music (from Settings > Members). But not anymore: now if I log to the main family account - mine - then switch to my kids' profile, I can't see how to switch back to my account anymore: in settings, there is no "Members" section to switch back to my user.Is this a new feature or a bug?I see the version from April 4 2022 has a description which seems related:"Good news! Deezer Family profiles can now become independent accounts directly in our mobile app settings by adding a personal email and password. Ideal for listeners wishing to have a little more privacy or to login with easy access using their own credentials."My kids' family profile is not an independent account though (no separate email). The only workaround I found is to logout and log back in, but this makes having a separate

Alexa Multiroom not working

I’ve raised before on the support site but trying to see if other have the same issue and if anyone has resolved.I have Alexa Speakers (many and different types - all Amazon products) and use the defined group and everywhere  multi rooms function to play music / audio around the house.  This works fine with with Planet Radio (Free Service), Amazon Music (Prime only), Spotify (No paid service) and I tried all the suggest of re-setting Deezer and multiroom etc.  (I’ve even tried take offline older device leaving just two more up to date devices)It used to work with Deezer no issue until ~October 2021.  Not sure exactly when it stop but now on any device when using the play music "everywhere" or play music "downstairs" (Deezer set to default music app) the display devices  show the track information but no sound is played on any device.  If I ask to play music on a single device it works no issue.This is really irritating and so far no idea if this is single user issue or a wider problem.

Vocals are muffled but instruments sound fine

On the app for iOS I’m suddenly getting a strange problem: the vocals of the song are muffled and sound like the singer is far away, but the instruments all sound normal.  I’ve tried every settings change I can see and nothing works.Incidentally, I’ve gotten this same problem on another app before, and the situation there was to sign out of all other devices.  But that doesn’t seem to apply here because one, there is no setting where I can sign out of all devices with one click, and two, according to my app, my phone is the only device connected to my account… which isn’t true.  (I have my desktop and laptop connected and yet those aren’t listed in the app.)I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.4.1 and the app is the latest version as well.  It’s not an issue of updating.  Please help.

Wired headphones bot able to rewind.

My wired Samsung usb-c headphones are not able to rewind using the triple tap on the action button. Instead it is just skipping the current track.

Why is there no option to connect to Internet speakers on Android?

Hi, I'm new to deezer from Spotify, am I being stupid or can androids not connect to Internet speakers like sonos or audio pro? The speaker icon in the bottom left corner takes me to audio settings, where on my ios devices it brings up airplay devices and sonos devices etc, such as on Spotify with the same icon.Can someone help with this? It's irritating only being able to connect via Bluetooth. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra so it's not like I have an old device. Much appreciated!

Get your heads out of your assets, and remove the desktop auto-logouts and ridiculous captchas

You have authenticated me hundreds of times.  You have authenticated this desktop, this IP, all of my systems hundreds of times.  You have made me select the pictures of sidewalks and street lights so many times they have started to repeat.  Do it today.  It would take you less than an day to remove this crap and push an update.  I know this because I build windows universal apps for a profession (it would take me less than an hour).  Stop being adagio id101ts and fire the designer who green-lit that crap.    Make it a priority today, and stop needlessly torturing your subscribers.

Lg 7 speaker not playing Deezer now

I have an LG WK7 smart speaker and have been using it for a couple of years with my streaming music service, currently Deezer. For some reason tonight it will not play any music from the service. It is still connected to the internet, and Google assistant is still working. However when I connect to start streaming music it just gets stuck and won’t play anything. I can cast my audio, but I don’t want to have to do that all of the time as I’d rather the speaker took over and I could still use my phone for other things. Has anyone seen anything similar to this and has ideas how to solve? I’ve tried resetting the device and re adding it to the home, but no luck!

Terrible playback with Windows

My playback keeps stopping and starting or I get a error cannot play song message.  Its really frustrating, all other streaming services work great so its not my connection.  This dosent happen all the time but happens enough really annoying. another thing that happens is that i press play and takes forver to start playing always end up pressing it a few times

[Desktop] Wrong queue on start up

When running the desktop application, I always get the wrong queue when starting up Deezer. Expected behavior: Have the queue and queue position resumed from when Deezer was closed.Actual behavior: Seems to be an old queue from way back. Which queue changes, though very seldom. I cannot figure out what triggers a change. I have queue sync turned off. I have also tried to delete the cache files (~/.config/deezer-desktop) and logged in fresh. Did not help. From that it seems like it’s noting on my local machine. I also have the Android version and it does not have the same issue. Starting something new on Android does not change the behavior on the desktop. Also: Running on Linux, not sure if that matters.

AirPly - problem

Hi All,I am trying to connect via AirPlay from within the app to my Linn player (IOS version: 15.4.1) and I am getting the message that I have:"1. Verify that access via local network is enabled" (after checking, it turns out that it is)2. check WiFi network (everything is OK)."Interestingly - if I have previously connected via AirPlay to the Linn player from another app (e.g.: Tidal, which connects without issue) and I switch to the Deezer app - the audio is sent normally to the player and clearly the AirPlay function is working.Has anyone experienced this problem?

Dear Deezer.Apple released their new M1 processors for apple computers one and a half year ago. The desktop app is STILL only compiled for Intel processors.Please start compiling the desktop app for Macs as a Universal app immediately! Thanks

Please fix LG Smart TV app as a whole

The app itself is currently really embarrassing, not only the keyboard search is really bad, you can't even use voice to search something. And also, every single time you press on a letter for search, you need to wait at least 3 seconds before pressing another one cause the search results are “loading”. What the hell is that?? And once you miraculously manage to play a song, you literally can't jump to a specific time of the song 🤨🤨🤨. I know smart TV's are not your main platform for consumers… but this is just bad. I'll have to rely to YouTube for the time being unfortunately. Thank you.

iOS bug 9.9.0.5

For some reason, I can’t press the first song in some albums since the last release. It just won’t register as a press. To access the first song in an album, I have to open another song and go back to the previous song. Two examples of these albums are “What Went Down” and “Total Life Forever” by Foals. Edit:after testing some more, I found out that the same happens, but for the first (Moonlight) and second (Exits) song on their album “Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Pt. 1”
