deezer stops playing half way i when i exit and restart i get the message that it can't load song. i have an s10+

You also, can try to delete the app, reset your phone and reinstall the Deezer app after that, usually solves this kind of problems. 
Just keep in mind, after that, you will need to download your songs again, but you won’t lose any playlist, no worries about it.
