Issue playing downloaded content

I am using the Android app and have hundreds of tracks downloaded. Yet when I try and play my downloaded favourites (with no active internet cpnnection, in airplane mode, or in offline mode), the playlist is only ever 2 tracks long. When I play a downloaded playlist, the whole playlist correctly loads. Only favourites seems to muck up. Before I delete and reinstall the app, any help is much appreciated.

I have the exact issue. I can't play downloaded music without data.

Take a look on your own thread. 😉

But also for @Andreea Daly 

Please try removing the download switch and activating it again.

      Hmm, tried this, thanks for the suggestion. If I'm in airplane mode, any time I try and play my downloaded content, it loads a playlist of two songs only. Toggling the download off and on didn't fix this unfortunately. 

       

      The whole point of paying for premium for me is to have music available when there's no phone coverage. If I can only play my downloaded favourites BEFORE I'm out of data coverage to load the content correctly, that's pretty shit.

        The Favourite Track playlist doesn’t behave like other playlists for some reason, and while I think it used to open and play for me when offline this hasn’t worked for eons, even though the tracks are downloaded. Instead, click on Shuffle Play button. This will play your downloaded tracks, including your favourites.

          Also, it takes forever to open any downloaded Playlist/favourite tracks list. They're downloaded, what's there to load!
