Deezer keeps switching back to a single track

Whenever i play playlist A it switches to a track in playlist B and only play that track. Doesn’t matter what I listen to.

App is now unusable. If I delete the offending track from phone, it chooses another song in presumably corrupted playlist. Started happening after last update.

Hey @sachmo3005

Do you possibly have an Apple Watch?

If so:
Your Apple Watch overrules the iPhone app. If you uninstall and reinstall and link the watch app once, everything should work again.

Can anyone explain to me why uninstalling and reinstalling the app will solve any sort of problem?  It seems to be the standard advice, but I’m not sure there is much reason behind it.

Does *anyone* have experience with this procedure solving anything?

Since I myself have to deal with this problem from time to time (quite rarely), I can confirm that the method I have described works.

But to be honest: If a piece of software no longer works correctly... Do you want to wait and hope that it will work again on its own at some point? Reinstalling will effectively clean up some cache errors that may have crept in.

Thank you @dee_dirk! 🙏🏽

Hey @soakes! As you can see and @dee_dirk explained, from time to time when we have some issues on the app and we reinstall it, usually solve the problem because some issues when the update is made or something around it between old and new files.😊

Take care.
