Hi.

Every time I click on one of my Albums, I just get the screen saying “An error occurred, please try again later”. This is on the desktop app. the web interface works fine, but I would much rather use the desktop app.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Are there perhaps remnants from an earlier uninstallation that I need to get rid of?

Almost as soon as I posted the question, I’ve been able to resolve it.

The solution is: log out of Deezer and stop it from running in the background. then do a deep uninstall (I used IObit, others are available). Reinstall.
