It states I will pay €15.99 but I always end up paying £15.99 /€19.48 how is this possible or legal?

the forums are full of helpful and supportive folks, but most, like myself, are subscribers like you and don't have access to your account. opening a ticket with support will allow someone qualified to address your concerns.
