Hi After logging into my account dezzer shows me that I am using the free version but still every month the account is charged £ 14.99. My question is why am I still being charged?

From Deezer page :

"What can I do about my double charges?"−

Firstly, check if you have two accounts. Secondly, check if you have more than one payment method. Finally, cancel the subscription you do not need as soon as possible .

Do you have two accounts with Deezer, a free one and one that is subscribed via Apple/Google? If so, are you logging into the correct one?

The normal cost of subscribing directly to Deezer is £11.99, so the £14.99 would suggest you’re subscribing via Apple or Google which is a more expensive way of subscribing..
