You may have accidentally activated another Deezer account !
On Deezer page says
"Why have I been charged twice for my Deezer subscription?"−
Deezer subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis. If you find a second payment has been taken in the same month, there are a couple of reasons why this might happen:
- You have accidently created a second Deezer account with another email address
- You have subscribed twice using two different Deezer accounts with two different payment methods, such as credit cards, iTunes, or your mobile provider

Firstly, check if you have two accounts. Secondly, check if you have more than one payment method. Finally, cancel the subscription you do not need as soon as possible

Nina is a user like you and replied to you with possible solutions .
Was the charge for 2 different account names ? hotmail and onedrive are not the same services . Onedrive is a cloud storage service . My suggestion is as Nina suggested , contacting deezer support chat again and check if more information can be gathered .
