Deezer premium dissappeared

Hi I've been a premium subscriber for years and today my account has been reset to trial and it won't let me log premium account back in. All of my favourites etc aren't there any more.

    Can you please check if you are using the correct email address?

    And what do you mean with a reset? Did you ask Deezer for a reset?

    If it's a case of the payment card has changed if I resubscribe with a fresh card will my favourites etc repopulate?

      Hi ​@spooncat you must have logged in to a wrong account as I can see on the system that your premium account with all your music is still there.
