It states I will pay €15.99 but I always end up paying £15.99 /€19.48 how is this possible or legal?

    have you tried contacting deezer support? the link is here → https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb

    the forums are full of helpful and supportive folks, but most, like myself, are subscribers like you and don't have access to your account. opening a ticket with support will allow someone qualified to address your concerns.
