Easy fix ! Very happy to be told it is possible because maybe it’s me. In in car mode why doesn’t the screen turn in landscape mode ? I house my phone on it’s side, landscape. It would be great if tis was possible and is surely an easy fix ??
Has anyone else experienced where the deezer app just logs you out? I would be listening to music just fine and then all of a sudden my music stops, I am then logged out, need to sign in again and need to re-download all of my offline tracks. Latest IOS version on iPhone 8+.
Your artist pages aren’t all structured the same. I’ve noticed this several times and most recently was on Nosaj Thing’s artist page and none of their albums are shown anywhere. You do have their albums on your platform, though. Why are they not shown on the album page like other artists? Please fix this.
Helo Deezer Team & Community, sometimes it's really hard to keep up with the new releases of once favourite artists. Especially because you can only sort the new releases after genres. It would be really cool if we could have a space where we see all new releases from our favoured Artist's that we could just scroll through. The problem with the system right now is that a lot of smaller artists don't even show up in a certain genre or that an artist doesn't even fit into one specific genre. It could maybe just be designed as a timeline in which we can go back and forth to see if anything has been added to one of our favoured Artist's pages. This would need no genre filters or special selections. Just a raw list of what's new . Im sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find an idea like that here. Greatings Tom
Hi,I'm not longer able to see the song titles (but I can still pause and turn up/down the volume) on my Garmin watch. The only recent change has been a system update on my Samsung phone but other apps work fine, ie, I can see the song titles playing on my phone when I use YouTube or another music app. I've tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, restarting. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

When I go to my list of favorite albums, there is a scroll bar but there is no highlighted portion/ button/ whatever to click on in order to move the page up and down. I have many albums in my list and this lack of functionality in the scroll bar makes browsing through the albums difficult.

So I've been using Flow on and off for 2+ years now and it's been all over the place when recommending music. About a year and a half ago it started only recommended the same 5 bands over and over again (which I have hundreds of “tracked artists”) so I stopped my subscription.I tried again about a year ago and saw that was improved, but what Ive noticed is that my radio often goes only into two genres and it seems to be dependent on the day of the week. And within those genres the same few artists/bands over and over again. It seems that Monday through Thursday I will basically only get instrumental rock and modern prog rock and that is it. Whether I go to favorites or discoveries. Once Friday hits, I seem to get all my various metal, electronic, and other genres in a fairly healthy mix. And the various “moods” are basically garbage for me. Each one of them doesn't have any of my music or shows me the same few bands/artists over and over again.I only subscribe to Deezer for Flow as my

Hi For a while now , in multiple versions the albums page refreshes automatically . I’ll demonstrate it by the following scenario : Go to the albums section under favorites tab scroll down to select an album to play . Enter that album page Go back to the albums pageResult : Albums section is refreshed and goes back to the beginning It doesn’t save the latest location . That is really annoying , Deezer version - Beta - 7.1.0.36 Android version -11It happens for about 6 months now , even more . Thx .
I’ve noticed lately that if I am listing to a compilation album and I click on one of the artists names, the discography in their profile does not include the compilation album that I am listening to. Didn’t there used to be a “Featured In” section in every artists profile? If I click on the album name or type it in the search field it can be found, but not via the artists page. This is not an issue on the app.
So after struggling with an MS0004 error and having to delete cache, uninstall app, restart phone, reinstall app 4 times. I finally manage to get the app installed and working only to find that now if I exit the app, the music continues to play and I can only stop it by accessing my notification bar. Seriously??I use Deezer mainly whilst driving and like my previous topic asking why we can't have an option for an always on screen (which we still don't have I believe) unlike Spotify), which for me is a problem because if a song plays that I don't know and want to know, I have to use my fingerprint to unlock my phone and get my screen on so that I can identify the track. Taking my attention off the road and here in the UK breaking the law as you are not allowed to touch a mobile device whilst driving, even if you are stationary and have an idling engine. Why is the 'Featured in’ section no longer visible on the artist page for the web version of Deezer?I use Windows and have used Chrome and Edge, both don't show the section.The Android app and Desktop app still show the section, but I use the web version to search for recent features, not from the main artist. The apps are not useful for me because I can't filter out albums with various artists(compilations) and sort by release date at the same time, without opening every album individuality.

Recently switched to Deezer and find that my podcasts are not updating on my Apple phone and in Apple car play, probably the same issue. Is there a known issue or is it simply censorship?

I’ve just recently discovered where I can view the format of songs that are in play. (i.e. bottom left of the album cover playing) That’s great to know, but on the topic of format, I find that research of the HiRes format yields different information in that the description of HiRes varies from reviewer or purveyor to reviewer or purveyor. I read yesterday that true HiRes is a format ABOVE the 16 bit categories, and is 24 bit. But in Deezer, HiRes is defined 16bit 44100hz.So, my question is whether or not 24bit 96000hz is an option or a planned option in Deezer? I’m an immigrant to Deezer from TIDAL, where I enjoyed very much the 24bit 96Khz format. Being aware that music listening is very much a subjective experience, I realize that the difference I now notice in Deezer may be somewhat psychological. Being charged for this app is beginning to take the piss. 1st tunes wouldn't download, now Alexa won't play my playlists & don't get me started on it playing same tracks each time when in shuffle. Gone on too long, why is this app sooooo gosh darn buggy????
