Hello. I want to change the Admin in a Family account, but I want to save the history and favourite music for all members of our family. Is this possible? How do I do this?
My friend was paying for Deezer Family and he stopped paying , then another friend paid for Deezer Family and I can't join that link anymore , as the owner as in my friend has to kick me out !! Please add the option of leaving the family plan or make the members downgrade to free plan if the owner stops paying!! Thanks.

Hello,I cannot open some of my own playlists. they show “private”. I myself made them so !!!May be It happened because it existed one shared Orange account free for me while there was an other private account I was paying. Then again I have been offered a new account for free with Orange and something went wrong when I got it. I thought it was OK to keep my playlists.Please I need to keep my own playlists. I curate about 15 playlists and promote them with social media ads, offering artists a chance to be discovered.It's no secret that Spotify has grown primarily through the idea of playlists. Curating and sharing songs is fun, and putting together a very personal collection of music and presenting it to people of all worth is a great feeling.Deezer has a similar functionality; you can create playlists, suggest them to other people, and if they like the playlist, they can become a "fan" of it (similar to a follower/like). This allows users to see how popular a playlist is. A great feature. Unfortunately, this number doesn't say much about how actively the playlist is listened to. Artists featured on the playlist do not know on how many playlists they are featured and how many streams they receive from each playlist. Hi Deezer Community,I left Deezer a while back to try Qobuz when they launched, but I've come to realize that their customer service is lacking, and the community there hasn't been very welcoming. Now, I'm looking to come back to Deezer and start fresh.I'm considering deleting my old Deezer account and creating a new one, but I want to use the same email address. My main goal is to reset my Flow data and rebuild it from scratch.Can anyone confirm if it's possible to sign up again with the same email after account deletion? Also, will deleting the account ensure that all Flow data is completely wiped, so I can start with a clean slate?Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello, I have a very big problem with FLOW. I REQUIRE SUPPORT to check or work with my account! i have 225 selected artists of techno music and its directions ,64 albums in favorites ,573 liked tracks . BUT THIS WONDERFUL FLOW OF YOURS just turns on some kind of rap , guitar songs , pop , some Mexicans and anything else !!! Not once did he include my Favorite artist or a liked track , or indeed anything similar to my taste . And I don't need to write your nonsense about clearing the cache, reinstalling the application , logging out of my account and logging in again. I've done all this more than once and it doesn't work. I DEMAND THAT SUPPORT SORT OUT THIS ISSUE ON MY ACCOUNT!!!
Probably the most used part of the App is the volume button. Often I want to change the volume quickly. Making it a hover and then move the slider left or right is bad UI design. It should be simpler for a basic and important function.

Hey, I use Deezer by connecting with my mail account (no password).I have received my Garmin watch and I am trying to connect my Deezer but in the connection screen on the app I cannot connect using my mail only. It looks like I am forced to put mail and password which I don't have. Do you have any idea on this matter ?
Is there really no toggling between list and tile view in the web player? You can’t even jump to a certain letter, e.g. to jump from artists beginning with A to ones beginning with G quickly.The infinite loading system also makes it super-tedious to scroll to the bottom of your library, you need to scroll and wait dozens of times to load everything.My library isn’t that big but even with around 10000 tracks this gets very annoying very quickly.
I’ve been using Deezer for a number of years, and as might be expected my “Favourite Artist” folder is huge. There’s no way to organize artists, which is alright if I can quickly skim the list of artists to find the right fit for any given moment.However, I’ve recently hit a roadblock: I have increased font size on my phone for easier texting, but now my Favourite Artist folder shows nine artists at a time, underneath thumbnails which I don’t need, arranged horizontally so that I have to read side to side, like a book, and then the next line, etc. The names often cut off. It’s an incredibly slow process.All I need is a simple list. I don’t even need thumbnails. But this interface is currently unusable. I can scroll for 30 seconds and only be up to the letter F. What’s the workaround? Where is the setting? I just saw this on my deezer app.recent favourites of Myriam W… wft?! If I refresh the page is shows recent favourites of Rod - Deezer Metal Editor.It’s showing on my iOS device (beta) and also on my android device ( play store install) never seen this before

On Spotify, when you choose a radio based on a song or artist, you can see all the songs included in that mix. On Deezer it appears the next song just comes up. Is there a way to see what’s on the track mix?

I am extremely upset as for months now I have been restricted from rearranging my queue on my mobile device when WE USED TO BE ABLE TO. This has drastically changed how often I listen to my music now and had made it completely frustrating to be unable to customize a service that I PAY for!! I am now being told my Susanne on chat that it is only available on computer and there are NO PLANS TO ENABLE ON THE APP. Please explain to me why TH it has been removed from mobile, only allowed on PC when we are a mobile device generation? When will this be rectified? I feel like this has to be a joke
