Where are they

If you uploaded them to Deezer Creators, they're in your artist profile or that of the artists you represent. If they're not there, please send the artists accounts details to ​@Jaime.Deezer so he can help you with your account.

If you uploaded them with your regular user profile, they're in "Library → My MP3s". If they're not there, try uploading them again.

Are you referring to mp3 files you uploaded by yourself ? 

Yes, all were tagged and renamed
