Hi!

I’ve been trying to do something but without success. Currently I’m a member of my friend’s family plan. The thing is, he intends to cease his subscription cause he’s changing apps. I like Deezer, I’ve been using it for years now and I don’t want to lose all my likes and dislikes, saved albums, etc. I’m willing to subscribe with a personal account and take on the bills. Can anyone help me to do so?

    Hi @TheMadcap13 !

    Every Family plan have Admin ,and Admin can remove your account from Family plan. 

    If you have Profile in Family plan then any content (playlists) that you want to save you need to transferrd to another account before Admin delete a Profile.
    Or you can convert Profile into Independent account .

    But if you already have Independent account ,then when Admin remove your account from Family plan ,your account will be revert back to Deezer Free .
    Independent account owners can subscribe to any Deezer plan to access playlists, music on demand and offline listening.
