Hi! I tried to open My Deezer Year, but it says that "unfortunately you didn't stream enough to experience My Deezer Year..." Even though I used deezer on a daily basis. Does anyone know what I can do?

Could be a number of things:

-Can you check if you are using the correct email address?

-How long are you Deezer Premium member?

Regarding your difficulties to open MDY, could you please provide the version of the Deezer application installed on your device?
Have you tried accessing MDY via web or desktop? Are you experiencing the same issue on these platforms?
