Cannot log in from new mobile phone

I’ve bought a new mobile phone on Android 13 and I’ve done the data transfer(deezer too) via standard google application for doing it. When I’m trying to log in via google auth from my new mobile phone deezer says me “Unknown error”(or something like this, I’m using the Russian language and in localization it looks like “Неизвестная ошибка”) 

I’ve tried to change my password for my account, but it didn’t works too. Deezer says me “Your password is inactive”

How to resolve this situation?

  1. Go to Settings Settings.png
  2. Select Account management 
  3. Select Linked accounts
  4. To link your Facebook account, select Link your Facebook account

    To link your Google account, select Link your Google account

    Note: If the account is already linked, the action will be Unlink. For example: Unlink your Google account

  5. Enter your Facebook login details or choose which Google account to use

Simple question:

Did you check if the email address is correct? Another question: Did you try to use Deezer on a different device with the same login data? And did it work there?

Yeah I use deezer on PC right now with the same credentials and I used Deezer on my previous smartphone.
I’ve tried to clear cache and app data
For now I wanna reinstall the app on my new phone and try to log in again. 

Old phone - Xiaomi 9c NFC Android 10
New phone(current) - Honor X06a Android 13

 

IDK how, but it finally works. Topic can be closed.

I guess reason of trouble: server-side caching of data and I had to wait some time, while renewed credentials would be updated in all server-side stores.
