Hi
I see that when you enter your Favorites section there’s a previous list of some of your Playlists.

What’s the criteria of the ones shown in this preview?
Can one select which one to see?

I don’t have too many Playlists, but the ones suggested are not very interesting to me, and I always have to enter to select one of the few I regularly use.

I would expect the most played ones would be the ones there, right?

Hi @Valdemar Pereira de Matos could you please share a video or some screenshots of those playlists.

Hi @Leonídia.Deezer
Thanks for the reply.

I’m including screenshots of the referred sections.

Android - Favorites -> Playlists section
iPad - Favorites -> Playlists section
Desktop - Favorites -> Playlists section

As you can see, in each case the shown Playlists are different.
In Android and iPad the order seems similar, but I can’t understand what’s the logic behind.

In Desktop it seems that it’s using some of the last used Plylists, but not exactly.
I’ve used recently the two Listening and Relistening. But not I definitely didn’t use “Hot New Rock” above “Relistening”.

I hope these can help you understand what I mean.
If not, let me know, please.

Thanks.

Hi @Valdemar Pereira de Matos !

I notice that the playlist on which I was add last song is first, and next to it (on right side ) is the playlist on which I was add song before , and so on.

On PLAYLISTS

Last song was add on playlist Rock 2000s , and before that I was add song on Christmas Hits 2023 etc.

In order to display the same playlists on all devices, these devices must be synchronized.

On each device you need turn on synchronization .

Hi @Nina Nebo

Thanks for the tips.
As for the synchronize devices feature, I use to have it activated, but I gave up, because I was losing my queues.
It’s common for me to keep adding tracks to my playing queue. And when I was switching devices, the app couldn’t recover the songs added and I was losing the whole list. So, I decided to switch this off.

The playlists, in my case, the Desktop version seems to be working like you’re referring. The lists seem to be ordered by last updated.

But in Android and iPad no.
As an example, the Midnight Mixtape by 2D playlist, in my devices is showing in 2nd place, but it the last time it was edited/added songs was in 27/10/2020.
What could be the criteria in Android and iPad?

Maybe depends on which device you was added some songs and playlists .

I notice if you add playlist to your favorites (on android )then that playlist will be on first place ,but on Desktop app is not .
Also now I can see that on Desktop and Android is not same playlist in preview order .
I was learn now something new .
I have turn on synchronization ,and that is valid only for songs which I was play .That song are on both devices . But synchronization not work for playlists preview order .

So, the initial question remains:
What’s the criteria for the order of the preview of the playlists in Android and iPad?

How can we define this order?
To be able to decide this order would be very helpful, because we could take advantage of the Playlists preview.

Like it is now, it’s more frustrating than helpful, because I see several playlists, but none of them is of my interest. Everytime I want to select the desired plylist, I must enter the full playlists section and then search for the one I use most. The preview is useless.
