This is a bug at least 2 years old. Sometimes(hard to reproduce ) my favorite Playlist plays in reverse order, when sorted by recently added. Usually resolves itself, sometimes needs a device restart. When will it be fixed?

Hi @oliilo, I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

To make changes in your favorites playlist, you can use the pencil (edit) icon, then move it via the three dotted lines and click save.

When you return, you might not see an immediate change unless you switch the sorting order to Standard first. After doing so, the changes should become visible.

For playlists already set to the Standard sorting order, you should see the change right away.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful New Year!

the existing playlist goes in reverse order, regardless of the edit feature, it is a bug. A work around is playing a random playlist or as someone mentioned, flow, and returning to the favorites for proper order play.

Hi @Kriskk, if you could record a video showing the step-by-step process you're following, it would be very helpful in understanding the problem.

the playlist plays in reverse order. the bug on mine is fixed for now, perhaps when it does it again i could record it. but it simply plays the first song and then the next song is the very last song instead of the second song on the list. so it goes backwards up the list from last one to first instead of first to last.
