Hi, is there any way you could enable last.fm scrobbling on secondary family accounts? That is the only feature I am missing. I am considering going back to spotify if there is no way to fix it. I am aware of the browser addon but I use the deezer app on my computer.

Hi, My deezer can't accept payment. It was on an auto payment and then it brought a.message that payment plan has changed. Since then I can't pay. Please help as I have so many playlists and favourites in my account.
Hi alldo you use LISTEN NEXT and ADD TO QUEUE !?I notice that page where is queue there is always song or songs which I did not add.When I open my playlist and play one song all songs from that playlist are there (in queue) although I did not put them there .Same thing is with albums and favourite songs depends from where you played last song.Now I wanna listen songs from particular order .When I add song from LISTEN NEXT, then song which I choose are behind first song I was play ,and other all songs which I did not add from that playlist are there .Same is when I ADD TO QUEUE only then song is in the end of all .For example : I was last listen playlist Music Tribe ,and first song from there Daylight . Then I was add with LISTEN NEXT song Dangerous Woman .Now is that song behind song Daylight .Also I was add with ADD TO QUEUE song Flowers .Now is that song in the end of all .But there (in queue) is also all songs from Music Tribe playlist between . Good thing is that I can remove song

Deezer does not support Google products (Home, Nest and Chalk) in Serbia. Not sure if there are any legal obstacles but from the technical perspective It's a shame you have supported it selectively. Using Deezer with Google products was my number one driver for buying devices and now I find them useless, unless I decide to cancel my subscription and join Google Music service. Number of topics related to Google Home not being supported in a specific country is emerging. I can see most of those dissatisfied customers shortly turning to other services. Hopefully something could be done in a timely manner. Providing us with the answer that it is up to Google to decide about global partner is equally dissatisfying. Surely it is negotiable since Deezer supporting Google products started only for France and than the service was broadened to several other countries. Hopefully something could be done in a timely manner.

Hi there, i am perfectly happy with Deezer premium. Recently i start using the B&W Px8 headphone. Great. Now i notice the B&W app gives a slightly better, more detailed, sound on the headphone while using the same Deezer account. How does that happen? Does the B&W app do something with the Deezer file/data or does the B&W app use another level of AAC codec?All on my iPhone 11.Cheers Peter
Making the media player easily assessed like spotify’s allows things like rainmeter to create visualizers, play+pause on home screen, look at the artist and song name without going into the app. The amount of ways people can take this idea and make so many creative things is insane. Plus I think it would bring a lot more people to deezer as you can customize it to your liking.
if a cd has a compilation of tracks it halts after every track, and on Classical music some times it fails to give continues playing.
Hello, I have been paying for HiFi for years now with Deezer and had my settings for High Quality download. I checked my settings recently and they all defaulted to the Standard settings. I didn't change it that way and nobody has access to my phone. Can I change all my downloads to High Quality? If yes, please tell me how to change it. Thank you, Rich
Hi, I’m sick and tired of Deezer telling me my account is linked to another device and stop my music or tell me it’s on listening mode on another device. I only use it on this phone that I have with me everywhere and I don’t have it on any other devices.

I have to keep wondering what happened to Deezer. Why has it gotten so expensive? I have to admit, I don't miss Deezer anymore and I've been using it for over 10 years! I never wanted the full Spotify experience. But the family members are now also happier with Spotify at a significantly lower price. I'm even trying Apple Music now, price 7€ versus 10€ for an individual plan. If it was some kind of marketing plan, I think it didn't work :-/

I recently had Deezer and then my contracted ended and I had to pay for premium I still have not received any of my catalogs for listening to music. I've logged out logged back in turn my phone on turn my phone off
When will Deezer add ASIO or WASAPI so we can have bitperfect like Tidal? I’m paying for the hifi tier but the Windows desktop app does not have bitperfect. What’s hifi if the windows audio stack is involved?
