Bonjour, j’ai souscrit à un abonnement étudiant avec mon compte, cependant je ne peux plus écouter mes musiques alors j’ai resouscrit a l’abonnement. En retournant sur mon compte après avoir repayé l’abonnement étudiant, il n’était toujours pas possible de lire mes musiques. Je suis donc aller sur cette plateforme pour demander de l’aide et la on m’a demandé de me créer un nouveau compte et donc maintenant j’ai deux compte avec la même adresse. je suis complètement perdue et je ne peux toujours pas écouter la musique

Dear developers, I have a great idea to improve Deezer. Just add a feature that allows users to listen to music together, even if they are not in the same location. Le nouvel album d’Enhypen : Dark Moon Special Album MEMORABILIA n’est pas disponible sur la plateforme alors que le groupe a mis un lien pour écouter l’album sur plusieurs plateformes et Deezer fait partis de cette liste. Cela vient il d’un bug ?

With the cost of living I cannot afford a family plan. There are only two of us who use Deezer and other apps offer better pricing. If Deezer does not want to accommodate a couples membership I'll be forced to cancel. Please help.

Hello I didn't have the funds in my account this morning to pay for my premium subscription I put the funds in payment was authorised by my bank then I get a message saying I've unsubscribed when I didn't now its saying I need to update my payment method and that I need to subscribe otherwise I'm going onto the free one. I've updated my payment method and my subscription is still active ?

Deezer way of use and UI were changed in the last few years so I figured it would be a good idea to recreate the old good tips and tricks thread with a more recent information for the new and veteran users on the platform . Everyone in this community is welcomed to contribute to the effort and publish tips and tricks you think we can benefit from . Let’s start with the first tip shell we ? Where do I find my MP3 files on the mobile APP(Android) ? Deezer is allowing paid subscribers to upload MP3 files purchased by the users . Uploading MP3 files are great if you can’t find the song/Album you want to listen to on Deezer . While Deezer has 70M files under the belt , not the entire catalog is available everywhere due to contracts and copyrights , therefore uploading missing MP3 is a great way to listen to your favorite album without looking for it somewhere else . Here is how to find your uploaded MP3 files on the APP ( Android): Navigate to Favorites Navigate to Playlist

I’m 9:42 (full) Version of this song does not work. It automatically skips to the next track after a minute or two. If you try to fast-forward, it also skips to the next track.

Hi Deezer, I just finished my free trial for Deezer Premium and forgot to cancel before the renewal date. I’ve enjoyed my time with your subscription but ultimately found out that it was not for me. Dear Deezer Team, I have been a loyal Deezer Family subscriber since 2016 and have thoroughly enjoyed your service over the years. However, I was both shocked and saddened to see the recent price hike from €10.99 to €19.99 starting February this year. This significant increase has made it untenable for me to continue my subscription. It’s particularly disheartening as this change forces me to reassess a service that has been part of my family’s daily life for nearly a decade. The value proposition that once made Deezer an easy choice for my family’s music needs no longer seems justifiable. Additionally, the recent email I received upon cancellation was rather surprising. It read, "You've just arrived and you're already leaving us. Are you sure you want to lose your benefits?" This message felt quite out of place, considering my long-term membership. I received a gift code for the first time but I don't know how to use it. So the problem is, I am an active paid deezer user when I write the code it warns you that you cannot use this code because you are already a member. Should I wait for my membership to expire or should I use it without being a member at all?
Is there a way to play all my playlists songs together? I have to create a playlist that contains all the songs and everytime I add a song to one playlist, I also have to add it to that playlist that as everything. Is there a way to play all the songs of all the playlist together? Thanks!
Hi! I have a feature request. Sometimes, when I’m in my car and I’m listening to a playlist I get a song that hits the right mood. And at that moment there is no way to start a new Flow from that song. My request, an easy way to start a new Flow from a song. And maybe the other way around too. When you have a good song and you want te hear more from that artist… Here’s a little flow chart.
