Like is said in the title. If I add new songs to a playlist that is marked as download it wont download the songs, not in WLAN not with mobile data and not after clearing cache and going in and out of offline mode. I read a few topics here that the problem is know since more then 2 years and in work. How is it possible to not find a soluation for it in this long time?

Are the tracks favorited? To download individual tracks, you need to add them as a favorite track first.
It also works by adding them to a playlist, but since you already downloaded the playlist, try favoriting them first.

- What are you using? PC, Mac, iOS or Android?
- Are you using the most recent Deezer release?
- Are you able to use and try Deezer on a different device?
- Has this issue always been present or is it recent?

Interesting thats works, but I am confused why this is necessary? Shouldnt a playlist that is marked as Download download every new song I add to this playlist? Why do I have to favourite it before. I would be really interested to know why.

- on my old phone (Anroid) is the same
- I tried it 1-2 years ago and was the reason I switched in the past to another service

I would say temporarily solved. It is still very inconvenient to have to mark a song as favourite because you want it to be downloaded in another playlist. Will there be any updates coming to this topic in the future?
