Dear Deezer Support,

 

I am writing to inform you that I canceled my Deezer subscription, but I was still charged on March 19th for a service I did not use or enjoy. I only just noticed the charge on my bank statement, and my account has not been upgraded despite the payment.

 

Could you please issue a refund for this charge?

Just about everyone here on the community forums are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account, or the ability to process refunds or similar transactions.
