will not download anything

How do I know if my songs are downloading? I'm trying to download my favorites list (67 songs) and nothing is happening. It says download starting and then nothing else. I waited about 10 minutes and turned the wifi off but when I do that all the songs Grey out and will not play. Also podcasts will not download, there is not even a download option on the episodes. I am a brand new subscriber so I'm hoping I'm just missing something.

Problem with logging in to the A1 network in Serbia

Respected,I have free use of the Deezer application via the A1 mobile network in Serbia.Maybe the problem is that I have a huawei p40 lite phone that doesn't have google support and I can't log in to use the app for free.I hope you will help me resolve the situation, thank you in advanceVaso Krivokapic

Some favorite tracks won't download.

Android. Latest app. Force close. Clear cache. 1580 tracks. Added 150gb to my smart cache which is 100gb greater than my current total deezer storage. If i add those missing songs to another playlist, they still don't download. If i remove the song from fav and readd, it still doesn't download. If i undo the download button and redo, i haven't tried and not really willing to. If i uninstall and reinstall, it will download them but then the problem will come back with new songs i add. This is consistent across Android devices but not consistent with the same songs. Some new songs download on my phone but not tablet for example. There are between 10 and 15 songs that currently do this. I'll add more and see what happens.screenshots for fun…

Hi there. Can some1 help me recive all my favourite tunes. I got a alexa echo for Christmas and changed to Amazon music SHITE. so now I got Deezer back 70%of all my favourite tunes are gone any idea how to get them all back.

awful quality on Deezer app, except for radios

I’ve had Deezer for years and recently within the last 2 months the sound quality on the songs is terrible. Crackly and painful to listen to. It’s fine on the radio stations (I listen to the radio through Deezer too) so I don’t understand it? I really need it sorting out. I’ve downloaded the recent version but that’s not worked either!?!?! Please help!

Land Rover deezer linking to premium acct

is there a way to link your deezer Premium acct (ios app set up and paid) to the land rover version of deezer. deezer works well in the car but it would be good if playlist and favourites etc could be shared

My subscription expired. I want deezer hifi back but i switched me to family on accident. I can't find where to activate hifi on the android app or Google. I clicked a link provided somewhere else on this site but it was till wouldn't let me sub to hifi :[

Hi for the past 24 hours when I go to Downloaded Music and click on a playlist the page disappears and says 'retry.' This is a problem because I use this app as a dance teacher. When will this be rectified? If this app is not dependable then I will need to find other options.Regards

Deezer iOS app and USB DAC thru apple camera connector kit

Hi! Im currently subscribed to Deezer Hifi with a set up of: Ipad or iPhone → Apple camera connector kit → USB DAC/AMP → Headphones Concern for clarification: Currently the USB DAC/amp is only showing a sample rate of 44KHZ/24 bit regardless of what file quality I choose (same concern raise by others). Looking at the music playing, it is indicated that i’m playing HIFI but im not sure if actual hifi file (1411kbs) is being sent to my USB DAC. It does sound better than having the headphones directly out of the ipad/iphone but im not sure if this is due to the amp or if its actually a hifi file.I do really hope that the hifi file is being sent to my dac/amp. Appreciate the help to clarify Thanks

Unable to view downloaded music

Deezer android 7.0.3.1, unable to view downloaded music page when offline (the whole point of downloading). It keeps saying unable to load page.This is really frustrating!

Deezer doesn't go fullscreen

Hi, So when using deezer on my OnePlus 7 Pro running Android 12 (although behavior is consistent on other devices as well) the status bar is always black whereas most apps use the fact that the status bar is transparent by extending the colour of what's being displayed in the app into the statusbar. Would love to sees this fixed. It's a small thing but a thing that makes a big difference in perceived quality experience.

Deezer HiFi falls back to Basic when HiFi version is not available

Recently found out my family account supports HiFi so I went ahead and enabled it. To be sure everything is HiFi I deleted smart cache in the app, force killed the app, cleared it cache and cleared its data. Now it seems that when a track doesn’t have a HiFi version available it falls back to basic instead of HQ. I’ve made video of two phones together, showing the audio settings and displaying that when the HiFi phone falls back to basic (no Hifi or HQ logo available) the other phone set on HQ only still has the HQ logo on the album page.

Is the Deezer app in Chromecast with Google TV app CD Quality?

HiI have the CCWGTV and have the Deezer app running. When playing the same song through the app vs casting it from my phone - I thought it just didn’t sound the same. So I checked the data consumption for each option and Viola ! Casting to CCWGTV - 25Mb (roughly) per songPlaying through the built in app - 5Mb (roughly) per songThis is when playing the same song. This leads me to believe that when I cast - Chromecast fetches the lossless version of the song. But...when I use the built-inn app - I am getting AAC (or whatever lossy format is being fetched).Hence my request for clarity - is the Deezer app built into the Chromecast With Google TV able to play HIFI quality? If it is, where do I make the necessary changes to enable this change?Thanks you.

Polk Assist Doesn’t Play Deezer Anymore

My Polk Audio Google assist speaker used to play Deezer songs with my voice command for a couple years and all of a sudden it stopped working. I unplugged it and moved into another room for a couple hours where I wanted to hear music but couldn’t get it to start playing. After returning the device back to the original room, it’s still not working and I tried factory resetting the device to no avail. I read a thread that Deezer was having a problem doing Google casting but I don’t know if this is related.I also have a Google home mini hooked up to the same account in another room and it’s working fine

B&O Eclipse not working with latest Deezer app

Our smart TV (Bang and Olufsen Eclipse 2019) worked fine with the previous version of Deezer downloaded as an app from the LG Content Store. We downloaded the latest version of the app (12.1.6 19/4/2022) however music will not play i.e. the player control is stuck in pause.

Can't login only on one phone: "Deezer unavailabe in your country"

I have weird situation.My kid have account on Deezer and can’t login on her phone (realme8). But she can login with her account at desktop, at my android phone and at iPhone. Also she can login in web version from same phone in Chrome. Only Deezer app not working. We are in Serbia, Deezer is not banned here. My account works fine, her account works fine on other devices and web version. I suppose something stuck inside app or phone settings. I’ve tried to reinstall app (with cleaning caches and rebooting phone). Nothing changed. So, question is simple - what should i tune on her phone to bypass this issue?

Favourite playlist no longer playing in recently added order

HiI have enjoyed Deezer for over 5 years and since recent updates, my favourite playlist seems to have a bug. Whenever i want songs to play in recently added order, it plays in default order instead. I have tried deleting app and re installing, i have tried logging in and out. I have tried logging onto my desktop and it is the same there too.How can this issue be fixed? I am not happy with my playlist as a result, so annoying :(

Play queue deleted on automatic logout

Hi everyone, when using the desktop app, the app itself periodically (roughly once a week) logs out from the account, and ask to login again.This occurs even if I am using the app with music on.The most annoying effect is that the current play queue is cleared, as if the application was restarted. As a user, I am fine with periodic logouts, but I definitely would prefer keeping my play queue "safe"!
