As the title suggests, installed desktop app on macbook pro running 12.6.3.
No sound from deezer no matter what i try, Checked every possible reason, Sound plays from all other sources, spotify, discord, brave browser, youtube, twitch, everywhere except from deezer.
Have done restarts, re-installs, nothing changes

I have no problems with 5.30.530 on a Macbook (M1).

Hi Jonathan, I have tried his 530 version, still nothing, the song plays as before, but no sound. It really does have me stumped.
I contacted support and they told me to just use the web-app as they won’t be updating the desktop anymore. This feels like a step backwards coming from spotify, if I was before considering making the move to deezer, this kind of advice and the general lack of trying to solve the problem has me doubting any faith I may have with the company.

Yup but they used much nicer wording than I, see pics where they said that on 2 occasions
Have you tried to change the audio quality settings e.g. from HiFi to Better or Standard? And of course your volume slider is set somewhere in the middle or to the right side?

Firstly, love your user name, yeah I’ve tried all the settings in the app, nothing works.
Strange, I have checked my current Windows version 5.30.520, and it works as usual.
