No sound output in MacOS from Deezer app

I have an external DAC/headphone amplifier connected to my MacBook M1 via USB C. When using the Deezer MacOS app, there is simply no sound output. I don’t have such issue with the Deezer web player. I’ve tried deleting the app, restart the MacBook, and then re-installed the Deezer app to no avail. Anyone knows what’s going on?

I also have Roon and Qobuz apps installed, FYI, but these have been closed before starting the Deezer app.

Hey @Dratan

Except for Roon, we both have exactly the same initial situation. The deezer app (Mac) works as it should for me.

Did you set the volume control to maximum in the deezer app? Maybe that's accidentally set to zero.

I tested it with version 5.30.530, which has been available since yesterday (currently being rolled out).

Hi @Dratan!

Please try to reinstall the Deezer app on the latest version as @dee_dirk said, it should solve it. 🙇🏽

Take care.😊

Hi - I removed the Deezer app, restart my Macbook, re-installed Deezer app, and unfortunately still no sound.
