I can't cancel my subscription

Hi, I want to cancel my subscription but I don't find the cancel buttom in the app. It tells there are offers but there is no way to cancel it, and it tells when it is the next payment due. Can you help me please

xbox deezer app problem

xbox In the Deezer app, the song changes in half on its own. Sometimes it switches to the next song 5 seconds after the song starts. And sometimes the song doesn't skip.  Xbox Series S Deezer app skips the song halfway by itself

network streamer for lossless

so here is the thing.. deezer lossless works with network streamers, and i found the NODE from bluesound. does it work with it? or does anyone have a suggestion to network streamer? or any suggestion on how to play lossless from deezeri’m using THE FIVES from klipsch as my speakers.i have 1 year plan and this is my second time, im loving it, but i need that lossless thanks..

Trouble Connecting Deezer To Virtual DJ

When I get to the connect.deezer.com page and I attempt to login, nothing happens. My email address and password are correct, my internet connection is good, and I had no such trouble connecting SoundCloud. I have the same issue when trying to connect to Deezer with any of the social network links on the connect page.  Obviously I need to be able to connect Deezer to Virtual DJ in order to use this machine (mid-2012 MacBook Pro) at a gig. What can I do to solve this problem?

Error Mac OS X AGAIN

Just unbelievable, that this is a recurring issue in Deezer Version 5.30.590 (5.30.590.173) on Mac OSX, that I cannot simply click on an Artists name w/o getting an error 👎  I honestly NEVER had this issue during my 5 years subscription with Spotify, so maybe it’s time to go back to an app that actually works… Is there no Q&A with the developers? I’m paying a premium for something that is hit or miss here...

Deezer is not working on Apple Carplay

HI everyone.I can’t adjust volume for Deezer while using Apple Carplay. Deezer app seems buggy. I can’t see the current music that I am playing now and I can’t play backward or forward for my music. I can’t use Deezer in Apple Carplay to play music and only through my phone.

Is my music safe for 5 days ? My subscription ran out today but I can't pay it until Thursday which is 5 days time. Will I lose my account ? Any help much appreciated 🙂

suddenly i can only listen to songs on deezer free account for 30 seconds? I try to play my favourites which I have had no problems with previously but now I can’t, anyone have any reasons or solutions please? If this is a new policy with deezer then surely free deezer is pointless, and in order to play full songs you have to have premium account?

Getting lossless FLAC Deezer Hifi quality with Play-Fi App

Hi. I have an Arcam RPlay. I use it for streaming music services. It supports Deezer, Tidal, etc. My question is what is the Max resolution for music using Deezer via the DTS Play-Fi app? Can it play Flac at 44khz and 16 bits?

Hi all suddenly on all artists, they missing part of theire discography album ??  I ‘m talking for every-kind of artists with a pretty much big list of albums impossible to see all albums ??? Seem a BIG bug !!! I test at least 10 artists !!! thanks you for you help Bojoks

I'm logged using Firefox to both the main service (https://www.deezer.com/us/) and the developer portal (https://developers.deezer.com), and I used the API explorer available at: https://developers.deezer.com/api/explorerWhen I click the "Playlist" tab, I always get this error:(BTW the playlist I want to access is https://api.deezer.com/playlist/908622995){ "error": { "type": "OAuthException", "message": "An active access token must be used to query information about the current user", "code": 200 }}(of course I have a pay subscription) I planned to develop something using the Deezer API but I don't know how to get rid of this error. Any suggestions?

Eu tinha o Deezer Premium graças a Master Internet, mas tinha uma fatura vencida, e eu suspeito que por causa dessa fatura vencida meu Dezeer Premium foi cancelado,mas paguei a fatura e Deezer Premium não voltou!

I have deezer premium paid through an operator in Serbia. Now I'm in Germany, can I put my favorite folder on download so I can listen even when I'm offline. Can I get a fine if those songs are downloaded from the internet on deezer in Germany?

I cant access Deezer on my Samsung Smart TV anymore.

I am a premium member. I used to be able to get Deezer on my Samsung tv. Now it tells me to go to the deeper.com/link and use a code. I have the app on my phone and there is no where on the app that it asks for the code that is appearing on my TV screen. Please help.
