My deezer desktop on a Macbook won't start nor open. This started when i updated the app. What can I do?

Hello deezer friends, I have some trouble with my deezer account on an android device. But first, I am using deezer family with 3 sub-accounts on 5 devices. Only one device makes some trouble. It’s an old Samsung Galaxy S7, running with an android custom rom lineage os. I was wondering because the google play store does not offers me to install the deezer app. Every other app I was searching for is available, But I don’t know why deezer not. I have 2 more android devices with lineage os, with no deezer problems. But ok, no deezer installation in the play store, so I downloaded the app in the aurora store, or made a an apk file download from apkmirror.com. With all versions of the app, I have the problem that in every album oder playlist, the deezer app stops playing at every end of each track with the error message (translated in english) ‘playback error, can not load content’ Of course I have made a re login and reinstalled the app several times. When using CarPlay I have noticed that the “heart” button is only available after I have “hearted” a song using my iPhone. Would it be possible to always show the “heart” button in CarPlay? At the moment I am finding it a distraction to my driving to have to pick up my iPhone, browse to Deezer, and click “heart”. Note that once this “heart” on iPhone is done, CarPlay then shows the “heart” fine, but it would be better if it was just there right on CarPlay from the beginning without having to pick up the iPhone to do this.

Hi there 👋 When asking android auto to play a specific artist via Google assistant, only the first song will be from the requested artist before a mix of similar artists will start playing instead.I've tried commands such as "play artist on Deezer" and "play songs by artist on Deezer" which previously would of worked on Spotify.Is there a voice command which will get Deezer to play songs only by one artist?
This message needs to be removed permanently from the app. In my case Deezer works correctly and most likely on everyone else's computer. None of the other music apps that I know of have this type of message pop up.
The 'Favorites' & 'Favorite Tracks' need to be separated.I get that you need to pay for the ‘Favorites’ , but having to pay for ‘Favorite Tracks’ is a bit much.It was implemented today (Oct. 2, 2024) without warning & it’s an unwelcome addion to Deezer.

Hi, Does anyone have a working way to actually choose and play music on an Echo device through deezer?I purchased Amazon's Echo Studio and setup the Deezer skill in Alexa. It is an absolute heap of garbage. I cannot choose songs on the Alexa app and am limited to voice commands or previously played content (through Alexa) where Alexa straight up ignores what I asked and plays something else. Why does Spotify have actual integration into this service while Deezer has basically nothing.I tried creating a Playlist in deezer, and that doesn't work with Alexa.I tried using Bluetooth to play through the Deezer app and the sound is very quiet, quality is poor.I tried using Deezer Connect and it doesn't find the Echo Studio. I dont know whether to return the Echo, cancel Deezer or both. Just a terrible experience all around. Extremely disappointed. I was planning on listening to music today, not yelling at Alexa.Edit: AND Deezer got rid of their Fire TV app. Just perfect. Great work guys.
For a few months ago, Siri does not play musc from many bands correctly. For example, "Hey Siri play Take That on Deezer." just plays a Take That song (You and me) and other unrelated songs.
My computer becomes noticeably slower when Deezer is running. It’s most noticeable when there’s already a fair amount of other apps running. This is on a MacBook Air M1 computer.Whilst the CPU usage isn’t anything extreme, it does often sit at around 12% for “Deezer Helper (Renderer)” is simply playing music in the background.What is concerning is that when actively engaging with the app, CPU for that process readily jumps up to 40% +.That seems high to me … for activities that I would think are fairly lite weight. I get less CPU usage from massive applications like Adobe apps, etc. Here’s some examples: After clicking on Explore After clicking on Albums After clicking on “Music” After clicking on an Artists name, and brining up that artist’s page Is this something Deezer developers are aware of?Is Deezer optimised for M1 / silicon chips? Hey gang….I was sought out through WhatsApp to be hired uploading songs on seodeezer. Its been going well this week as part of the job is to clear out the account, then replenish the following day. As the days go on and the account builds, the optimization amount increases until you get to a douple album with multiple songs to upload. This exceeds your account and then requires more personal funds to bring the account up to a positive amount at which time one can resume uploading. Then it happens again and your account balance runs significantly negative and the system asks for a huge amount. Anyone run into this issue or no of anyone that has?
Situation:On wifi connection or mobile unlimited plan you like to stream best quality / HiFi (Flac). But for saving memory space on phone audio quality for downloads is set to standard or HQ. Problem:If you are online and like to stream a title in best quality that also has been downloaded before, the app uses the poor quality download file.Idea/ solution:Downloaded files only should be used playing music from the menu „favorites“…„downloads“ or even better only after switching within the app to „offline mode“ at settings section.
I would love to see a feature to sync hue lights to the beat of the music. This could eventually also differ depending on day or night mode (bright or dimmed light) and on the album covers colours.

Searching for concerts based on location rather than by artist would be incredibly useful, especially for discovering new talents or planning outings during business or leisure trips.For example, if I'm visiting Rome on a specific date and want to attend a concert without having a particular artist in mind, the ability to explore events by location would allow me to discover new artists, styles, and genres that I might not have encountered otherwise.
