Evening, I try to download— and yes I have good connection, and yes I have premium, yes I have storage in my phone, i'm not dumb— and YET, it will ONLY download when I'm using mobile data, wifi is like no-can-do. You'd say it's my phone problem? Maybe. But the "won't download thing" still remains: you see, I try to download and it will just download like, a couple of songs and almost never each one of them; just picks randomly some that it downloads, some that it wont. Also, sometimes when I try to make a playlist and add a song that already is in some other playlist then as I try to download the new playlist, it won't sometimes download the song that already is in another playlist. Anyways, the main problem is the first one that's underlined. Have a great day
Personally when i start listening to a song i only want to stick to that genre. It bothers me to no end when i have to skip songs because suddenly im listening to country when i was listening to EDM. I like both but NEVER in the same session.
I have an annual Premium subscription which I always forget about. Recently, I was suddenly charged without any warning or reminder. This happened last year too. It would be really helpful if Deezer sends an automated email a week (or more) before the renewal date so customers can ensure they have enough money in their bank account and/or reconsider renewing their subscription. This is standard practice for other subscription services.
I’m a beta tester and this just popped up in my preferences. It’s called Remote Control and it looks like a new version of Deezer connect? Was this always here, or is this new? Is anybody else seen this or knows what it’s about?

Hi everyone, this is my first post here so sorry if there are any formatting or submission mistakes. I saw this post on the subreddit asking about new Flow genres that were showing up in the selection wheel but couldn't be manually selected by searching for them as was possible with the older ones. I'm also interested in this because Classic Rock showed up for me but has now disappeared after I stopped listening to it for a while and I can't return to it as it's not manually selectable. It's the same situation with the Anime genre. Thanks.

Deezer staff suggested this place as a response to my 3-star Google Play review, so here we are. The problem: There are multiple posts about this topic on this forums and elsewhere - the favourites (or any other playlist) shuffle feature is far from giving an actually random queue of tracks from the playlist. Instead it gives massive preference to what I think is recently added tracks, tracks with some sort of preferential background deals (though this is probably restricted to Flow), and “mood” or genre adjacent tracks. Which, on its own, is perfectly fine. However, sometimes I simply want to listen to whatever, a chaotic collection of old and new songs, added recently or years ago, a mix of genres, popular and obscure brands. I don’t want to be forced to be beholden to some complex algorithm. What’s the point of favourites then? It’s “favourites”, not “liked”. I want to listen to all those songs regardless of what your algorithm thinks. Flow itself is even worse in both picking songs
Is it possible to exclude a specific playlist from the My month in Deezer stats? The reason I ask is that I have a playlist which I jam along to on my drums and as these are played regularly and on repeat they skew the stats up
I understand the current behaviors with queue as follows: play next/add to bottom of queue; love this feature and would like to use it more however, 2 behaviors continually restrict my use of this: automatically adding the entire playlist of whatever song is added (unless added to queue) removing all current queue anytime a song is played without adding to the queue (and also then performing the action previously stated) all i ask is to not automatically add entire playlist, and to have queue remain when a song outside of queue is played i think this could easily be implemented in the settings as two on/off switches, named something like “auto-radio” and “queue erase” respectively; while allowing the current behaviors to not have to be changed, only added on to I love everything else about this app and all the new things and the direction it is marketed in, and other than this small gripe i am fully dedicated after being a 5% top spotify user. I have been a very satisfied Deezer user for many years. But the latest version (8.0.36.4 on Samsung Galaxy S25+) seems to have lost the sleep timer. In addition, the options menu (3 dots in the upper right corner) is not opening. Could this please be fixed?
Some very important music is not displaying the lyrics option. Some music not appearing not available to be played example aritzia a veces me parece I love that song. I hate I pay monthly and I'm unable to listen to it
If I wanted to see the three dots and the sleep timer in the top right corner i use spotify Absolutely.(8.0.35.4)
Who came up with the idea to move the sleep timer function?! Put it back where it was in the way it worked. It only works while playing a song. Not while listening to radio etc. Awfull change. Updates should make a product better not badder. Pfff.
Recently converted from Sonos to WiiM. Can Deezer please improve the functionality when using the WiiM app? Only 1 option for FLOW, can’t choose party, chill, etc… Also there is no access to the Daily Mixes, Discover Mix, or suggestions for song mixes. The “mixes” section is also odd and completely different from the app. Please at least add the FLOW modes, that would’ve so helpful!!

Hi, widget on android phone worked fine till I connected with android TV to stream some music. Together with that widget just disappeared from phone screen. I've tried to add it aganin but now I see only 2 available widgets: Playlists and Flow. Where is player widget?? Lock screen widget works fine. Thanks. Edit: I reset my phone and widget was back. I added it to phone screen, started streaming to TV and widget disappeared in the same moment. Any idea?
