I would like to propose that for those of us who have the HiFi version and it is assumed that we are listening to the songs in FLAC quality, to be able to upload the songs instead of in mp3 quality, to be able to upload them in FLAC format in the same listening format.
Can you add a button on all artists pages to play all the songs they have made. You currently have a button for top tracks - which is great but it doesn't cover all the songs. I would be helpful to have all songs on one long playlist. As a driver I drive for long hours and would like to play songs from one artists. But the current settings only on 'top tracks' covers selected songs and is not helpful

When I first got my Pixel 9 Pro XL, and downloaded my Deezer account -it had an equalizer. As did all the music services on this device, but Dezzer has an equalizer as default. Now all of a sudden it's disappeared completely. I have no idea why this happened, It's a very important feature to me; It's actually a deal breaker as a subscriber If it's gone for good. Can somebody please tell me why I'm losing features on my pixel device that I just bought? My Apple devices are all the same in all have equalizers my Android device took it away, and I want to know why.
The playlist that Deezer loads by default when opening the web interface is terrible—none of the songs reflect my taste. I’ve been using Deezer for over 10 years, and it's frustrating to be served music from genres I strongly dislike and have never listened to, not even by accident. There really should be an option to filter out genres you don’t enjoy—not just those you’re indifferent to, but the ones you actively avoid because you find them unbearable.

Hello I'd like to ask, why the shuffle button disappears when I play music by Chromecast. Overall, Chromecast music playback works very poorly. Disconnections are common. When I play on headphones or Bluetooth it’s fine. Thanks
Every time I open Deezer app on my MacBook, it registers itself as app “open at login”, despite I disabled it in Deezer app settings. It’s very annoying.
Hello, While developing "Deezer Connect" feature: Can you also consider preparing *.deb package for RaspberryPi operating systems that are based on Debian? Raspberry Pi is a very popular, great value for the money streamer and it would be great to have Deezer Connect available for that platform which is based on Debian OS. It would be great to have e.g. in DietPi OS a package that could be installed with dietpi-software application like Spotify Connect https://dietpi.com/docs/software/media/#raspotify TIDAL Connect is also available on Raspberry Pi ( https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=297771 ) so Deezer is the only one which is missing… Thanks in advance and looking forward for this great feature ;-) Cheers,Przemek
I saw a post from 2 years ago that mentions the date format but it doesn’t address my problem I’m receiving email notifications from Deezer about concerts which is really good however the notifications are in US date format e.g. 9/7/25 meaning September. This is confusing and I nearly booked a concert at a time I’d actually be travelling. Any chance this can be fixed please? I’m in Australia btw.

Hello there I use to ask Siri to play “flow on Deezer” but recently there’s an error. She says “I need to stay in Deezer” why?? I cannot command it? Did something change on Deezer? all the settings are the same on Siri or my iPhone. thanks in advance
I am surprised it seems I’m the first person to have this idea, because I searched around and no one is talking about it. It sounds so simple. Why is Deezer using both an icon on the Dock and an unremovable icon on the top bar? It feels disorganised, specially since clicking on the top bar icon simply brings the full app to view, it’s not even a widget it’s just an icon that does the same as the Dock icon, but with the options to “open Deezer”, which it already does by default, and gives the anemic context menu options to pause, next and previous. Either make this anemic top bar removable or, better yet, let us choose to keep only one of them. No more clutter, bitte, it’s a browser wrapper it doesn’t need to two distinct icons on my screen.
Now that Deezer has announced that the favorites playlist 2k limit cap is being raised to 10'000 tracks, I don't understand why user created playlists aren't included in this effort. Why am I not allowed to add up to 10'000 tracks for into my own playlists? Deezer please get your censored together, as this makes no sense. I'm grateful that it's now possible to add 10'000 tracks as favorites, but I want same approach for my own playlists. Deezer connect, in my opinion has a design flaw, namely that it needs a logged in user at the side where you connect to. This would mean that on any device you want to play your music on, for example an amplifier , a wireless speaker , any other music server (like pc or dedicated applications like moode audio) A better way would be that it sends its right to play deezer streams via the client. This means that anyone in my house can play his music via my amplifer or speakers , family friends and people who are in my household. The only thing they need is a valid deezer account and app on their phone- This is the way spotify connect works too and makes for way easier implementation With deezer connect this is now only possible if i log them in to the device they want to connect to. this makes it little practical.
I pay my Deezer subscription with my UK company, and I want to claim back the VAT. Is this possible? My accountant needs proof of that, he had a quick look and said I couldn't, as he thought it's French VAT that is being charged, no UK VAT. Many thanks!
Seriously, this is ridiculous. How can I go from having 1500+ songs downloaded to waking up one day and NONE of them stream in offline mode. This has been the same garbage since I started using this in 2020. It's been 5 years and you guys haven't done much but remove features and break the ones you kept. HOW? I find it insane that even with my low expectations and standards for any streaming app, all of you fail to do the most basic thing. Wtf are you doing with our money? Certainly not using it to improve anything.

Hello, Currently, we have a Family subscription with five members. We now only need a subscription for two members, so we’d like to switch to the Duo plan. If I remove the additional members from our Family subscription, leaving only two, am I able to safely transition to the Duo plan while retaining both remaining members and all their favorites and saved settings? Sometimes I do not like the drums in a song or I just wish to listen to the instruments only. Or Just the vocals only. I do not need the full arrange of tracks because I know some songs have many instruments and many voices. But if deezer could have some sliders and the artists upload a version where vocals, instruments can be separated while playin. Deezer would be very fun. And we would be able to listen more detailed the music. I Wish to hear the guitar solo only, or the piano only, or the drums only, singers would be able to choose what they want fans to hear and what not. By again like I said uploading a separate version where you can do this. Slide and play around with what u want to hear from a song. then deezer could allow us to record a mp3 version of what we slided. and save it offline for our listening pleasure.
