Stats.fm is far superior to last.fm. Deezer is on their roadmap, but they currently only support Spotify and are working on Apple Music. As part of your new brand, work with the small guy and help them bring Deezer to the Stats.fm family faster. There are two hurdles keeping me from adopting Deezer over Spotify (I think Deezer is better). 1. is stats.fm. 2nd is a Mac os client that supports all the features of the service I pay for………. I assume when Spotify finally releases Supremium it will plug the holes that I think makes Deezer better: I find Deezer better at recommendations and auto-playlists based on a song or artist. Flow is better than AI DJ. Deezer audio quality is noticeably better. Shaker is an amazing idea.

Hello. I have been using deezer premium since november for 12 pounds. But lately I found out that I can pay 24 aed for deezer premium. But when I try to pay 24 aed, it wants me to pay 12 pounds again. It is twice expensive. Please help me someone.
I have 4900+ songs in my list & the same 50 songs keep coming up. I used to pay but I stopped because it was to expensive. I’m a free user. Wheatus came up with one song in between. Don’t get me wrong, I like the song, but twice with 1 song in between. I listened to it the next day & today. I’ve gone into settings & deleted what I could (without deleting all). The same thing happens - I get the same 50 songs coming up. I love KMFDM but Godlike is all that comes up. I have 20 tracks but the only one I hear is Godlike. I can’t remember the last time I heard The Tiger Lillies or Nancy Sinatra. Your algorhythm is all screwy. My phone is an Andriod last years model. The same thing happens on my computer. Please fix this.

Hi just started a free trial and have downloaded Deezer on Sonos. when I go to play music On Deezer I click on audio then devises but it's only showing my iPad to play on not Sonos. I have deleted Deezer on Sonos rebooted and reinput Deezer again on Sonos still have the same problem. Deezer is not recognising Sonos. please advice.

Google is advising that deezer isn't available in my country
For about two weeks, I have been having a problem with the music randomly turning up to maximum volume. I thought it was a problem with the old iPhone (XS), after several reinstallations of apps and updating the phone to iOS 18 the problem persisted. I replaced the phone and on the iPhone 15 the problem still occurs, but surprisingly at a lower frequency. Normalizing the sound in the app options did not help. Please help or I will have a heart attack. 😭
Hi, since few updates ago, when Deezer connects to my bluetooth car audio it automatically lowers the volume to 50%…no matter how I left it. It’s annoying Is this a bug or something to disable in the settings? Thanks.

I really do not feel secure with simple login / password based authentication. When will Deezer have 2FA for its application and account. If you are not planning to have this feature soon, for me this will be one reason to stop using this service.
