Hi,I just got back to Deezer after 12 years and I apparently liked 2 albums that I cannot delete (see attached).Can you help me?
Page didn't load. I don't know how to fix this. It's been this way for a bit.
The app keeps logging me out and I have to put up with an insane amount of Captchas, some that I can’t even finish because there are no identifiable images left to click! So I’m stuck in this loop when really I should already be listening to music. I will be switching to another service that isn’t Spotify if I have to keep doing this. Apple at least had me resetting my password via email which was quicker than this.

I know, the option to sort the songs alphabetically removed intentionally. But that’s not the only problem I faced. Album names sometimes are written on the now playing screen, sometimes they aren’t. Also for many songs, lyrics have disappeared. But whenever i play those songs from the album page, the lyrics are there. I tried to talk with the support agents but couldn’t manage to do so. I also tried to send an email but nothing happened. If this goes like this, I’ll have to migrate to another music app, unfortunately.
Deezer playback stops randomly within songs or audio books when either connected via Bluetooth to a car or headphones. It does not happen on the direct playback via phone speakers (never).Sometimes it automatically returns after a while also when not unlocking the phone.It seems to continue playing after you unlock the phone and return to the app.Also the controls on the lock screen and on the car or headphone seem not to help (pausing or jump to the next song)It seems to be buggy for a few weeks now and I assume it came with an deezer update. I am using a Samsung s20+. Hope you can help me getting back deezer to the quality level I was used to. Thanks. Felix
When I start a flow, after a while it just starts repeating the same songs over and over again. Yesterday it also played a song that I had set to Don’t recommend this track. What’s going on Deezer? You were good, now you’re heading into the Spotify direction
I have a playlist with 748 songs. I play it on shuffle, but every day it repeats the same small number of songs instead of picking others. This is in both the Windows, iOS, and Mac app

Hello. I decieded to use the Deezer widget on my S24 ultra but when i play music, it doesn't show on the widget. I either have to click on it or slide down the notifications to show the controls.Is there a way this can be solved? I've read that this is s common problem in the community…
Today suddenly I was logged out of deezer in all my devices. I tried to login again using my Google account, login unsuccessful, then password, login unsuccessful, then email link, login unsuccessful.And that's happening in all my devices, I have 3 tablets, my phone and my computers, but only in the phone I download music, I never had this problem before. Edit:A user in reddit helped me, now I cwn oniy use deezer with a VPN connected in my own country, I'm in the same country but i need to use a VPN the whole time if i want to ise deezer.
Hello to all!I was recently on Deezer and I really like the service. After the closure of GM, I was faced with a difficult choice: Spotify or Deezer? You know, I chose Deezer.However, I am very sad without playlists that are formed Spotify: "On Repeat" and "On Repeat: flashback".These playlists were very comfortable if I find new songs, how many, often listen to their (very often). It would be very nice if the same could generate playlists and Deezer!I hope that my idea will support many. Thanks Deezer team and users.P. S. I'm sorry for my bad english.
I have both the Sonos app and Deezer (premium). I open Sonos app, press on the Deezer icon, I log in my account and give permission. I am then told to go back to sonos and play deezer. It is not connecting to sonos, just playing on my phone. When I look at connected devices the Sonos is not showing.
For a few days now, I have met an issue in the “Shuffle my music” function both on Android app and on Desktop App (I guess I would find the same issue on Web app). The function is either telling me to create some playlist (I own 15 playlists each filled with plenty of songs) or to add some albums or tracks what I have already done too, or playing any random music that was never added to any of my playlist nor my favorite tracks. Therefore, could someone please help me finding the way out of this really annoying issue as “Shuffle my music” is the function that I am used to using the most on Deezer ?
I was casting music to a Google Home and was trying to clear the queue, but couldn't find any option to do so. Looks like I had to stop casting in order to modify the queue, which only let me rearrange tracks or remove them one by one. Upon being left with one track, there doesn't seem to be any way of removing it, so whenever I load the app, I'm stuck with the last track at the bottom. I can bring it up to fill my screen, view my queue, and there's the track at the top stating "now playing". I have the option to add it to my queue (I guess it's not considered to be in the queue already), but can't remove this final item. I'm within the first half hour of my trial. Looking to switch from Google Play Music, I first tried Spotify, but cancelled within the first day because of this exact problem: no ability to fully clear the queue. Deezer doesn't have the same queue problem, does it?
Hello, I have a family account that I revew every year with a gift card.I wasn’t paying attention about the deadline and didn’t have a notification that the year was over and when I renewed it a few hours later I had “lost” all my family members and had to send them a new link for them to join my account.I remember it was the same last year and they had trouble losing this link (didn’t remember their passwords, coudn’t find the link I had sent when they tried to use deezer….)Would it be possible when I pay to get both my playlists and my “family” back?
