Deezer connect is suddenly not working?

Everytime I try to connect my android app to my desktop app I get an error on my desktop and screen freeze on my android. I've been using the deezer connect feature for several weeks with no issues before. I tried clearing the cache, restarting/reinstalling the apps and still no luck. Any ideas for a fix?

MusicCast does not seem to work today

Hi, I use Deezer through MusicCast on a Yamaha RN803D.The amplifier says it’s connected to the network.But it lost connection to Deezer, and multiple login attempts led to the same result : it says it cannot register (login/password tested on browser is ok)Anyone experiencing the same issue ?

Why is this happening again and again? Home network works fine, other streaming services work and not a bloody glitch in sight. Except Deezer. Tried the usual reboots and reinstall app.Enough with this shit.

Bug with text of the song

Hi!I’ve got a problem with the Deezer desktop app on Windows 11. When I play a song and open the “text of the song” section, the button “X” to close it is not working. I always have to click on the song’s title to exit this section. Am I the only one having this issue?Thank you!

Deezer desktop app keeps getting back to window mode

Hello!I noticed that the Windows 10 desktop app is often not maximized (full screen), so when I try to close it by moving the mouse to the very top right of my screen, it is hovering over the frame, so that when I click it doesn’t close, because when I click on the frame I can only adjust the window size. Pretty annoying behaviourBest regards

AdBlock disabled but still receiving message "Ad-blocker detected"

Been using free Deezer for years and always have the Deezer website whitelisted on Adblock Plus. Far as I know, nothing has changed since I last logged on to Deezer (a week or two ago) yet I’m now receiving “Ad-blocker detected” message when I attempt to listen to music. I always use Firefox running in Ubuntu on a desktop PC with no problems - until today. I have always used tracking protection and according to the anti-tracking software, it doesn’t remove ads. Appreciate guidance on how I may listen to music again, thanks.

Albums error

Hi.Every time I click on one of my Albums, I just get the screen saying “An error occurred, please try again later”. This is on the desktop app. the web interface works fine, but I would much rather use the desktop app.I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Are there perhaps remnants from an earlier uninstallation that I need to get rid of?Many thanks for any suggestions that are offered.Jez

Can’t login anymore with Yamaha WXC-50 to Deezer. Nothing has changed, native Deezer app works with the same account and password on the same network. The device’s network is working. The MusicCast app just returns an access error code: “Unable to register your system”

Hi, any idea why Flow via sonos won't let you fast forward or rewind or rewind through a track?If you browse or pick out tracks or play from your favourites it's fine. The little dot that you can drag back and forward on the timer bar will be there for your put your finger on.But if the track playing is via Flow, the little dot won't be there for you to hold and drag.I have a Samsung s10+ playing on a Sonos Five, if it makes any difference.Only seems to be an issue via the Sonos app.I believe that Deezer are working on enabling their app to play directly on Sonos. Sooner the better!Thanks.

Can't use Deezer Web over VPN

Since very recently, i cannot use deezer web on vpn anymore. It used to work just fine.“Your details are incorrect. Please try again.”But it IS CORRECT.I use the same login info in a vpn excluded browser, which works. But i am not at all going to do that every time i want to use deezer! is there a fix?

Sleep issue with Amazon firestick.

I've just downloaded the Deezer app to use on Amazon firestick. Whilst playing music, after a few minutes the screen saver came on and the music stopped playing. Frustrated by this I looked in the firestick settings to find how to turn the screensaver off, which I did. Thinking that would be the end of it I then found that after about 20 mins the firestick went to sleep. I could not see how to change this. It also seems that this issue has been going on for sometime now. Is there a solution to this that I am missing?. If not then why not? There's no point in having the app otherwise as it ruins the experience.

Playback stops every few seconds on app and web

These last few days, music stops every few seconds in both browser and mac app. I cleaned cache and re installed the app, also changed wifi network which seems to work for some minutes but then it keeps stopping. I’m not having the same issue with other streaming services, so I don’t think is my connection.Any workaround? This is very annoying OS version: Ventura 13.1App version: 5.30.500Browser: Chrome

What TV Streaming Devices work with Deezer

Tl;DR - What streaming services does Deezer have an app for? (Roku, Android TV, Chromecast, etc)I’ve been enjoying Deezer so far on Linux, Windows, and iOS, but I can only airplay it to my home theater system via Roku or my LG TV. I see here that Deezer claims to have apps for various streaming platforms and TVs. However LG is listed but the app is not in the LG store. From reading other posts here, support on streaming players is spotty. The Roku app doesn’t exist anymore. So what streaming devices does Deezer work on? Which ones does it work well on? With the full lossless audio?

Safari and Deezer Memory Problem

Deezer Desktop (Mac version) has not worked on my iMac for over a year. Listening to Deezer via web browsers has also been problematic, except for Safari browser… until two days ago. Everything was working fine, but now when I try to listen to Deezer in Safari, this message appears in the browser: ‘This Webpage is using Significant Memory in Safari.’ Seconds after this message appears, Safari quits. This ‘memory’ warning does not appear when I am using any other website - including streaming sites. It seems to be exclusive to Deezer. No amount of online tips to solve the problem, work. Can someone help, please?

Deezer volume issues with Fitbit Versa 2 when connecting AirPods

Hi I have connected the Deezer app on my Fitbit Versa 2 and to Bluetooth AirPods, the music plays but I can’t control the volume. On a couple of occasions I’ve manage to turn it down a little but then it goes back to full volume without pressing anything or I can’t turn it up or down at all. They are all brand new devices and haven’t had any issues with other apps or connecting to other devices. Hope you can help I’m really disappointed as Deezer is the only music streaming service that works with the Fitbit without needing my phone within range.

Stuck on lyrics

If I click on ‘lyrics’ to be able to see the words whilst a track is being played, I am now unable to navigate away from this page. The (X) button to close the window fails to work, at all, every time. The only way to be able to navigate back to Deezer menu is to close the application totally and log in again. This used to work just fine, what’s happened?I’ve uninstalled Deezer and reinstalled, still has the same issue. Any ideas what to do as it’s really frustrating.
