I am trialing Hifi subscription. I am unable to login to Deezer through Onkyo NR-646 amplifier. This is an amp that is supported by Deezer. However it doesn’t let me login. I keep getting an error message “Your details are incorrect, please try again.” I have upgraded Onkyo amp to the latest firmware. Yet no luck. Please note that I am able to login to Deezer web and IOS App with the same credentials.

Hi there, sorry about that. Can you try to change the password?
Hi,
Thanka for the reply. I have already tried changing the password, still doesn’t work. I am able to login with the changes password in IOS app and web; but not on Onkyo Amp.

Hi there@elusivesid
Sorry about that. Are the other apps used with your Onkyo working fine?

Yes, all other apps are working fine from Onkyo Amp.
You are right, this is an issue that should be fixed from our side! Our developers are aware of it and hopefully it will be fixed soon!
I have an Onkyo TX-NR737 receiver and I'm experiencing the same login problems since 2 weeks ago. Deezer is not loging in with my deezer credencials anymore. It used to work fine but since 2 weeks ago it stopped working. All other applications are connecting fine (e.g. Pandora, Tunein Radio, Spotify, etc.). This is a recent problem from the Deezer side. Any ideas of when Deezer is going to solve this?
Are you getting this error message? "Connection Error. The server connection could not be established or was terminated early. Please try again later."
Our devs are working on it! I'm sorry about that!
Have the same problem on Onkyo tx-8150. Changed password and updated firmware of receiver - still got the problem!
Everything was ok a month ago, but now it's not working!

Hi there @chalomail
Sorry you're having trouble logging in. Have you tried any troubleshooting? The issue has been fixed according to our devs, so maybe you just need a factory reset or a router reboot. Let me know!

Same error with my Onkyo 838, i already restet and cant conect, fix it please
Same here. It’s been 6+ months without Deezer working on my Onkyo. I’ve reset the router. I’ve reset the Onkyo to factory settings.
Still doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

Hi. I've the same situation. Cannot interact with the deezer app on the Onkyo TX-NR646. There's no problem in the account, I can connect perfectly well through xbox one, PC and smartphone.

Hi there @jerrybatacas @rimol @pichiel6
Thank you for your input. I've updated the devs with your specific IDs - they're working on it but it has been proven difficult to reproduce with what we have. I'll update you as soon as we progress.

Same problem with an Onkyo TX-NR535
Thanks for reporting it @albator79 I'll pass the feedback to the team dealing with this.
There was a firmware update available for the TX-NR 636 today. After the update, Deezer is once again functioning properly. Sounds so much better than trying to use iOS through bluetooth.
