Hi @Nicolas Souza, sorry to hear that.
At this point this is the first complane I’m aware of it. My suggestion is to open a ticket on the Yamaha support.
In the mean time let see if anybody else have the same problem.
Hello,
Just to register. Same thing is happening once again.
I will proceed with the multiple attempts to change password and uninstall/install apps once again.
Why should I be responsible to understand what is wrong between Yamaha and Deezer interface?
Thank you,
Hello @Nicolas Souza
Have you contact Yamaha support already as suggested by Leonidia the last time you contacted us?
Thanks
Yes, no support or resolution from them aswell. You are forcing me to change providers. This is unaceptable.
I am a deezer customer for more than 10 years!

I've had that with my Yamaha RX-A3080 servaral times in the last years.
Sometimes it works sometimes not.
… and I agree to Nicolas. I'm a customer and Deezer and Yamaha are the Service Providers. It's your job to get it running not mine to argue with support members to gind out whi is right and who not - thats your job.
Right now my Yamaha says with the actual firmware 2.13/3.14 (updated today):
“Zugriffsfehler
Registrieren Ihres Systems nicht möglich“
No Error Number or reason… and on the deezer account also no Informationen. I've a family account with 4 deviceses registered. I could have 9… but not my Yamaha.
Regards
Marc
Sometimes such problems appeared. As it seems to me now it arose after the last software update MusicCast to version 5.80
That sounds frustrating! I've had similar issues with Deezer on Musiccast. Reinstalling both apps and changing passwords didn't work for me either. One thing that helped was resetting the network settings on my receiver. You might also want to check if there are any firmware updates available for your TSR-700/RX-V6A. If this keeps happening, switching providers might indeed be the best solution. Good luck!
