Android

hi everyone,I'm a Deezer Premium member. I accidentally deleted Deezer data on my phone. Now, whenever I log in to Deezer on my phone, it shows me as a new member. I don't have any problems when I log in using browser. Do you have any suggestions?

Recently got a new phone so the first thing I did was rip through the list of favourite albums to download so I can listen offline if needed. This was about 3 weeks ago now.Today I was browsing my album list but noticed the download icon was gray, and checking the list only half of the music I selected had been downloaded. I have also verified this by selecting listen offline where I wad unable to listen to this music. Why is so much music failing to download? No error messages were seen. App has been restarted, cache cleared, phone restarted etc.Using Android 14 with the latest Deezer beta version. Phone has plenty of storage (400+GB free space).Getting pretty fed up with all these issues now, on the verge of cancelling and signing up with Tidal...

Hi, My flow now only seems to generate for like 10-15 songs rather than just playing 'infinitely'. This is annoying in the car Have I broken it or has something changed? This may only be on Android Auto as it's where I listen. Cheers ☺️

All my playist turned grey

Playlists accessible but unusable. Every single song in every playlist is greyed out. If I tap on them, nothing happens. This has been happening for 2 weeks now and it's become annoying. Fees have been paid and it's a bit frustrating that I'm paying for premium service (because free is not available in my area) yet I am unable to play my lists. Please help. I have closed the app, restarted it, cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. Would really appreciate if I could just get the lists that I worked many hours to build song by song to play soon.

Since Oct 4th all playlist on the mobile app are unplayable, every single song is greyed out.Once it's a playlist it's not playable, albums are fine, singles are fine once searched. What's odd is when using deezer on a browser everything is fine and playable. I'm not certain if Apple users have the same issue but I've been contacting customer support with no fix since the day it started (over 2 weeks now). Even installing a older version of the deezer app doesn't work either.Who has a fix?

On android, it takes 25 (incredible) seconds for the app to play my liked songs. I'm on a stable connection (600mb) with a fair device (s22). Is this the standard app beheavour or is there something wrong going on? issue on video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TUDSUDcuu5MBAXAir3bvYEIT2YLChWdA/view?usp=drivesdk

Hi. I've got a weird issue with the "Shuffle my music" button lately.Usually, when I hit it, it shuffles all my music—my Favorites and all my tracks from my playlists. But since yesterday, it's only shuffling my Favorites and totally ignoring all the songs in my playlists. Super annoying!Even weirder, sometimes it gives me a pop-up saying I don't have any tracks or playlists, which is definitely not true.Could you please check this out?

When you take a screenshot while playing a song on the android app, a window pops up offering to share the screenshot, and you have to manually exit it to get it to bugger off. Is there any way to stop this popup every time I screenshot?

The add to queue does not work for me or anyone on my plan. Our shuffle is off. Is this a common problem with deezer?

In new version i can't see command on widget

Hi there, since a while even with an new updated deezer version my app is annoying big time. I open it start my selected.music and it either stops the play list to the previous one and or it just stops or skips songs at its will. I have a premium subscription and this is massively annoying when you have to reset everything when you want to listen to music.Even my over 1500 songs favortie songs play list just stops after an hours or two. Should play the entire list without stopping or any playlist at all.

Previous music streaming apps would allow me to continue listening while on a call however Deezer won't.  Have been through my settings however no clues

Hi, all songs are greyed out when I'm looking to play something and I can't play anything. Can you please advise. Regards

Hello. I've been having problems with my queue list for three days now. If I start listening to something on the app, pause it, exit the app, and then come back, there's nothing there to continue listening to. It's as if my queue list is reset every time I exit the Deezer app. Because of this, the queue synchronization between my phone and my computer is obviously not working either. I've been using Deezer for over six years and have never had this problem before. I tried all the solutions I found online and none of them worked. I contacted support, they replied, I did what they told me to do, but the problem persisted. In the last email, they just told me that they would send my case to another team and that they'd get back to me after they got feedback from them. This is a bit frustrating. If anyone here has had the same problem as me and managed to solve it, I'm all ears. Thanks.

Hi,I'm working on migrating over to Deezer right now and I've notoced that long form uploads, like podcasts, are fairly consistently not displaying the correct runtime on the content. Its pretty common to find a ~2hr podcast be labelled as 20min or around 60min.Due to this, resuming a podcast that is past the recognized runtime either starts the podcast from the beginning or at the declared “end” and stops the ability to seek and jump around the track after the shown endtime, frustating if I want to seek/jump back a little to re-listen to something I missed or misheard. Screenshots show podcasts that are much longer than the detailed runtime. Thanks!

There is a song on your platform (aka a "track") called T.T.TM. If I search for "T.T.TM" with or without quotes your platform doesn't pull it up. You know what that reminds me of? Sp0tify. You know why? Because that's terrible. You're prioritizing popularity over accuracy. The song IS on your platform so why can't I FIND IT when I search for exactly the NAME of it and go to "track"?

Over the past couple of weeks ive lost some functionality when using deeper on android auto. For instance, there is no heart button to like tracks. When viewing a track and selecting the menu the screen only darkens, there are no options that actually show.Is this a widespread issue? Any fixes in the works?

I used to be able to copy a complete album into another album, but now I get errors? (something went wrong)  How can I fix that? Do I have to copy EVERY song one by one? 😱 (800) Thnxxxx

I’ve recently had this error on my android phone. Done everything suggested like restart phone, uninstall/ reinstall, change password etc to no avail. It’s only a problem on my android phone but not my Apple devices.  Can anyone help? I will discontinue Deezer usage if not sorted. Thanks x

Deezer  tv apps are horrible. On Android tv and Apple tv. The discography section is all mixed up single ep's albums are mixed up. Artist is no selection A-Z. I can not use the tv apps it is not working for me.When I use chromecast on android tv, lyrics are displaying automatically I can not turn it off.Really time to improve tv experience!

I'm on the latest version of Android and the app is updated to the latest version. I like to make playlists and depending on what mood I'm in, I'll shuffle one of them until I complete it. However, every time I close the app and reopen it later, my Now Playing disappears and my progress on my playlist is lost. This is beyond frustrating and I'm considering moving to another service. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there, I am using Deezer app on Sony NW-A306 MP3 player with Android 14 and 1TB SD card. There is no download favourite song option anymore for last few months - I need to go to the album page and download the whole album, then if i’am lucky some songs are downloaded. I lost hours doing it, and eventually it gets erased. Also, the application is not registering anymore when you change the storage to external memory. When I want to play favourite list I am getting 90% of time “Error: Failed to play. The requested content is not loading.”My intention is not to download music and go offline. It is not possible technically to steal the format. Otherwise I wouldn’t supporting Deezer. I just need a reliable app on Android 14. I know Android 12-14 versions are extremely slow, but last year the app was normally working.I tried every possible tweak written on Reddit, nothing helps. Does Anyone have the similar problem? Thanks! Best,

Every time i add a cover photo and sometimes even if i add a title it will load for like 10 minutes and then say there was an error and it cant create the playlist. But if its a plain playlist and i just name it like Playlist 1. It will take again like 10 minutes and then suddenly work. Its just odd and kind of annoys me.When i first downloaded the app it worked fine but it wont anymore. I think it may be due to my phones storage as this happened with spotify when i got close to max but i dont know. If anyone knows why this might be or how to troubleshoot id be grateful for help!

My new songs won't download? Done all of the recommendations multiple times!
