add to queue option does not work even with shuffle off

The add to queue does not work for me or anyone on my plan. Our shuffle is off. Is this a common problem with deezer?

Here is troubleshooting steps :

  1. Restart the app and your device: A simple restart can often fix temporary glitches. 
  2. Clear the app's cache: Go to your phone's settings, find the app, and clear its cache. This can resolve corrupted data issues. 
  3. Reinstall the app: If clearing the cache doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This will remove any corrupted files and force a fresh installation. 
  4. Check for app updates: Make sure the app is fully updated through the Google Play Store. 
  5. Confirm subscription status: If the app requires a premium subscription for queueing, make sure you have an active one. 
  6. Contact support: If the problem persists, consider contacting the app's support team .
